It was a beautiful place! The pool area was lovely, the grounds outside were so well kept and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay and hope to be back next yr.

Not much if anything that we didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and tidy. The breakfast had many options to choose from.

Cons:

The room had a "hotel" smell - room sanitizer or something. Not bad, but we noticed it.

Spend a little more and stay about a mile south. Nicer hotel and a hell of a lot nicer staff.
Pros:

I know they say check in is at 3 p.m. but we got there around 2:30. We were told that we could pay for our reserved room then but could not have the room key until 3. We left and came back around 2:53, payed for our room and was told we had to wait 2 more minutes for the computer showed 3 p.m. before they could take the keycard out of the box and hand it to me. When we went to our room there was still a note on the window saying "DO NOT OPEN WINDOW IS BROKE". This is the same window that was broke over a year ago when we stayed in this room. The guest wifi did not work in this room. We had to stand in the hallway to connect to it. When the front desk staff came up to the room to check the wifi they said that their phone connected to it, not using the guest wifi but another set up for the staff members. They said they would have someone look into it in the morning after we leave. A lot of good that did us. THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY BY FAR, and to top it all off we did not appreciate being woke up at 8 a.m. the next morning by a gas powered leaf blower cleaning off the sidewalk right below our room.
