Great hotel with excellent room layout
Pros:

I booked this hotel last minute as I was driving through from my hometown in MS back to Denver, CO. I was traveling with my husband and our 14lb dog. I booked a king suite with a sofa bed and was given options on what floor I preferred at check in. I chose the 2nd floor, received room 225. This was near the elevator but I never heard any foot noise. Absolutely loved the room layout. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and cookware which was so convenient. Breakfast had great options. Staff were very friendly. Pet fee was (non-refundable) $75 which is pretty standard. The property was clean and conveniently located (aside from being right next to a train railway, but I never heard the train while in my room). I would definitely book here again.

Cons:

Hotel is next to a train railway. I only experienced a passing train once during 2 night stay and it was while I was outside walking my dog in the daytime. I never heard train noise while in my room so I’m assuming rooms are heavily insulated to reduce noise.
