El hotel está siempre limpio y muy cómodo, el personal siempre está atento a las necesidades que tienes y buscan la manera de resolverlo.
Muy comoda habitaciones, lamentablemente en la habitacion #5 la larma contra humo suena por las noches con un paqueÑo pero insistente BIP lo cual no deja dormir, creo solo ocupa cambio de bateria y se informo al personal pero nunca solucionaron ese horrible BIP tan molesto por la noches.
Hotel inmitten der Stadt. Alles gut zu erreichen. Zimmer etwas klein, aber für die 3 Nächte ausreichend. Trotz der guten Lage war es schön ruhig dort, wir konnten gut ausspannen.

Dos veces me tuve que bañar con agua fría, porque se descompuso el calentador. El problema fue que nadie avisa, te enteras ya que estas bañandote
El hotel está muy limpio y agradable. Tiene una decoración relajada y sus empleados son muy amables. La habitación impecable todo el tiempo, el servicio de primera y tiene una locación buena. Se encuentra solamente a unos 8 minutos caminando de los pasajes principales.

Our experience was an interesting one. The room had been cleaned, but not recently. There was dust all over the bed. The first room we were put in wasn't prepared. No toilet paper, no towels, cable that didn't work. The hot water would work for maximum 5 minutes. The hotel staff walked into the room without knocking while we were there. It was interestingly decorated with shrines and dolls.
