Great experience.
Pros:

The experience was great. The staff at the hotel are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and Fairfield Inn has definitely become my first choice when staying in Querétaro.

Pésima actitud del personal, no estaba la habitación lista ni limpia, no dieron opciones de solución. Solo cancelaron la reserva.

Pros:

Muy bueno, solo requieren una persona mas para mantener mas limpio el comedor y con los alimentos a la temperatura adecuada, las 2 chicas q estaban lo hacen muy bien pero no pueden con todo.

Resumen de mi estancia
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que se encuentra en una plaza. Y el personal de recepción fue amable.

Cons:

El aseo es muy malo, el baño tenía hongos (lavamanos y ducha). Un poco de cloro no estaria mal. Y mucho ruido desde temprano. (5am). El desayuno, estaba frío y baje a las 9:45am y muy picante. Deberían considerar a los que no les gusta o no pueden. Y lastima que no tienen restaurante.

Bien, sí volvería por el desayuno y la ubicación
Pros:

Todo muy bien, el desayuno delicioso, un hotel bonito y bien ubicado

Cons:

Estaba un poco sucia la habitación cuando llegamos y es un poco incomodo validar el boleto de estacionamiento

Pros:

Personal muy amable. Instalaciones agradables.

Cons:

El desayuno fue muy malo. Escogí este hotel por que leí reseñas que decían que tenía muy buen desayuno y oh decepción. El café es de máquina de Nescafé :s, la fruta estaba pasada de madura (papaya, melón, plátanos pintos), el huevo revuelto era literal en bolas (muy seco), la milanesa de pollo sabía mal (nos dijeron que era el empanizador). Los chilaquiles rojos y los frijoles fueron lo único pasable.
También preparé el café de cortesía que dejan en la habitación y tampoco fue bueno :( .
Hay mucha necesidad de mejora en cuanto a los alimentos.
Respecto a la temperatura de la habitación, eran días fríos y estaba encendido el aire acondicionado de la habitación, por lo cual en primera instancia preguntamos si podíamos poner la calefacción y nos dijeron que no tenían, aunque posteriormente enviaron a un empleado de mantenimiento a que ajustara la temperatura y quedó excelente.

Excellent for a short stay!
Pros:

The location is good as it is inside o a mall's parking. The staff is incredibly gentle and nice, always willing to help.
The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean, either in common areas and in the room.
The breakfast is simple, but with a good variety of meals that allow you to choose what you like.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more greens and vegetables available.
The windows in the room can't open, so you always need to have the aircon on.

Decepcionante, no como las anteriores.
Pros:

El desayuno bueno, aunque tardan en resurtir los alimentos cuando se terminan.

Cons:

No pusieron rollo de papel higiénico suficiente ... El sofá cama muy incómodo y solicitamos toallas que faltaban y la recepcionista tardó en llevarlas xq estaba sola en la noche.
