Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and made an effort to chat with us. The highlight of our stay was that the property welcomed our pet, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We really appreciated their pet-friendly policy and the warm welcome extended to our furry companion, as it allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about leaving our dog behind.

Cons:

The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t particularly welcoming and seemed uninterested in assisting us. There was an external event taking place, which made the parking lot very crowded. We would have appreciated a more courteous explanation of the situation and clearer guidance about where to park, rather than being told to find any available spot.

小偷酒店
Cons:

¡No te alojes en este hotel de ninguna manera! Olvidé mi ropa en la habitación y cuando regresé después de hacer el check-out, ya no estaba. La mayor parte del personal aquí roba o encubre estos actos. Además, su organización y procesos son muy desordenados. ¡Aléjense de este hotel!

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances! I left my clothes in the room, but they were gone when I came back after check-out. Many staff here are either thieves or accomplices covering up the theft. The hotel management and procedures are also a total mess. Avoid this place at all costs!

这家酒店千万别入住，妥妥的问题酒店！我把衣物遗落在客房，退房后返回寻找，物品已经不见。店内工作人员要么顺手偷窃，要么刻意包庇，整体管理混乱、服务流程极差，大家一定要避雷！

No me gustó mucho pero para una noche está pasable.

Cons:

La gente de servicio es amable pero ineficiente y teniendo un evento tenían a una sola persona en recepción, lo cual hizo lentísimo el check in y check out, además de que no podían resolver nada porque no sabían... mala capacitación.
La regadera no estaba bien limpia y las almohadas horribles.

No tenían valet parking, no tenían bellboy, tuvimos que estacionar nosotros el carro y cargar nuestras maletas y pertenencias desde el estacionamiento a la habitación, la atención del personal en general fue pésima, no nos pusieron secadora de cabello y necesitábamos qué nos subieran una y marque 10 veces a recepción y nunca contestaron, no nos pusieron café, no había buena iluminación en la habitación, las cortinas estaban sucias, no habia maquina de hielos.el estacionamiento de noche es inseguro, por que el hotel estaba dentro de un centro comercial y de noche las plumas de acceso estaban abiertas psda que entre xualquier carro de la calle,no hay vigilante en el estacionamiento ni de dia ni de noche ni por parte del hotel ni del centro comercial. En general estuvo pésimo.

Cuidado que no respetan las condiciones con Booking y no incluye estacionamiento
Cons:

cuando reservé las condiciones incluían el estacionamiento gratuito y tuve que pagar porque el hotel no respeto lo acordado con Booking.
Cuando reclame porque no estaban respetando las condiciones el Gerente del hotel fue poco sensible e incluso grosero.
