Safe, comfortable, great location.
Cons:

I stay here 1-2 times a year, and I LOVE IT. I just wish they would get the Crows Nest running again!!
And the pool. Both have not been available, yet the prices don’t reflect that.

Adequate but not great
Pros:

Loved the location on the river, walking distance to several wineries and the river walk. Large pool on the river side and outside deck.

Cons:

Hotel is very old and dated. I’m glad to hear it’s being refurbished as it’s sorely needed. Very poor insulation— easy to hear sounds in the next room and hallway. Bed mattress ok. Pillows horrible (should have brought my own). There was no place for our party of 8 to gather indoors to play games or chat- -the weather was chilly and we did not want to sit outside (only one large table lout there). Very poor hotel design. 4th floor breakfast room locked when breakfast over so no tables up there either

Good people, need better security
Pros:

Staff is awesome location is good. Hope they finish the remodel soon so that they have a restaurant and bar again

Cons:

The contractors blocked the closest door to get in from the west parking lot and blocked the front parking lot, including two of the 4 handicapped spaces for over a week. The local s that have loud cars and radios will drive by to sit in their cars by the river looking at the bridge. This is near the east entrance parking lot. A couple of times there were fights and think their are drug deals.
