Pros:

El personal es preocupado y amable buscando soluciones. El personal es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Pedi habitacion con dos camas y me dieron solo con 1, tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, el agua caliente no funciono, y para rematar, en la habitacion de alado hicieron una fiesta con musica muy alto hasta altas horas de la noche. a media noche nos cambiaron de habitacion.

Bien, pero el servicio de bar y piscina debe mejorar

Habitación con vista espectacular, amplia y con excelente servicio de limpieza. Muy cómoda y ventilada, con aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien. Muy buen desayuno con variedad de bocados típicos.

Cons:

Personal de servicio en restaurante y piscina en cantidad insuficiente para época de alta demanda como es Fin de Año. Aunque la piscina es espectacular, esta y sus instalaciones adjuntas (mesas, sillas) son muy pequeñas para el hotel cuando tiene alta ocupación.

El sauna y jacuzzi deben organizarlo mejor (o hacerlo más grande) habían personas que decían que “estaba reservado” cuando en la recepción decían que no había reserva.. si es por tiempo limitado deben tener personal vigilando eso.. de lo contrario explicar a la gente

This review is more about the Booking.com platform than just the hotel itself. The issue is that you can't clearly differentiate between high-quality and low-quality properties because of the way sponsorship affects rankings. This hotel had a 9.3 score, which I trusted. We were traveling through Ecuador and I booked the whole trip in advance using the same approach: filter by high rating, ignore the price, assuming the experience would match.

I’m used to staying in 5-star hotels, and I was expecting something in that range. In Manta, there were three hotels around the same price point, and I picked this one because it advertised a "private beach." In reality, that beach felt more like a dump yard than anything private.

To be fair, the room itself was decent beachfront view, bed, desk, bathroom, and a sofa. The photos make it look premium, but the infrastructure is clearly old and tired.

The crowd? Think spring break energy, even during the week. People making out in the pool, swimming with clothes on. On the weekend, it turned into a chaotic family scene with the same vibe. It was a nightmare. Honestly, I should’ve known when they charged us the full amount over $1000 before we even saw the room. That should’ve been a red flag.

Bottom line: if you’re looking for a premium experience, this is not the place. If you’re okay with a very average room and a loud, party-style crowd, then this hotel might be for you.
Breakfast was average as well.
