Hôtel confortable avec sens du service
Pros:

Hôtel bien tenu et très propre.
Piscine agréable, chambres confortables et bien équipées. Pas de bruit de voiture.
Le wifi marche très bien.
Bon accueil et sens du service..

Pros:

L’hôtel est simple mais agréable. Proche d’un grand centré commercial (3 min à pied) et de la mer, il est bien situé. Le coin piscine donne envie de se poser et profiter, ce qu’on a fait.

Cons:

Le sofa était ancien et le matelas un peu dur (mais comme tous les hôtels mexicains j’ai l’impression)

Las instalaciones estan muy limpias, el personal muy amable y el desayuno es bueno

Cons:

Los colchones ya muy gastado de baja calidad.
Las almohadas como piedra, las sábanas muy rasposas y desgastadas y al baño le hace falta ganchos para colocar ropa, asi como a la habitación un lugar para colocar la maleta

El personal es super amable y atencioso y la ubicación es excelente a una esquina de plaza Galerías. Los desayunos incluidos están riquísimos.

Me pareció caro, y había ruido fuera de las habitaciones,.además que nos tocó una habitación que no tenía cancel completo del baño, solo la mitad y se salía el.agua , quedó agua tirada fuera de la regadera. Solo eso nada tan importante

Pros:

Personnel très aimable. Chambre avec un très grand lit King, air conditionné fonctionnel, belle grande salle de bain, eau chaude et bonne pression. La propreté de la chambre et des lieux est impeccable. Beaucoup de choix offerts pour le petit déjeuner. Endroit très calme.

Cons:

Il y a une cafetière dans la chambre mais l’établissement n’offre pas de sac de café ou de thé. Il y a un mini réfrigérateur mais le câble d’alimentation n’est pas assez long pour le brancher à la prise de courant. Pour le prix payé, il me semble que ce serait le minimum auquel s’attendre.

L'hôtel est assez proche du bord de mer et se trouve dans une ruelle particulièrement calme. Il est à 20 mn de marche du centre-ville. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et tout à fait confortable.

Todo! Es un gran hotel! Prueben los chilaquiles!!!! Las instalaciones son perfectas, geniales!!! las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amables. Hicieron de mi fin de semana, el mejor!

Pros:

Mooie kamers en badkamers. Waterkoker. Grote keuze ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Allereerste hotel in 14 dagen waar geen tips werd gevraagd. Noch bij het ontbijt noch in de kamer! Groot shopping centrum en dijk op wandel afstand

Cons:

Het hotel ligt redelijk ver van het historisch centrum maar wij hadden auto dus geen probleem.
