The outside of the building is appealing. There are few guests and no children. it is very quiet.

Cons:

It is very tired. The TV did not work. Maintenance is requried. This place is in need of an upgrade.

should go again to this very nice Inn
Pros:

breakfast was top ! had a lot of choices, and the lady came with the coffee several times, English style historical property, I like that very much, unfortunately could not stay longer.
nearby the ship harbor and for the evening 5 minutes walk to a very good restaurant.
thanks to the friendly staff, who brought the drinks outside !

Pros:

Das historische Ambiente war wirklich spürbar. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht . Das Ftühstück war sehr schmackhaft. Das Auto parkte nah und kostenlos.

Cons:

Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt war etwas störend. Der Außenbereuch könnte mehr Pflege gebrauchen.

The Latch Inn is a rustic, comfortable place to overnight . The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

We had to leave before breakfast time but we were given a packed breakfast to take with us. The room was a good size and the shower was great!

Great small beautifully restored Inn with really lovely 6 rooms of which 5 are quite large.
Pros:

This is a small Inn which I liked as I booked 5 rooms of the 6 available and used the lovely living room for our meetings. Location was quiet. The patio was nice and the breakfast room beautifully decorated. Breakfasts were custom made on order so that was lovely. There was a one hour Happy Hour for drinks only-no appetizers. The marina restaurant is very walkable. Parking for the Inn is convenient.

Cons:

No restaurant and very firm 2 hour only check in time which does not match the ferry arrival times.

A beautiful setting with tremendous potential, let down by tired upkeep and inconsistent service.

The Latch Inn sits in a beautiful spot with genuine charm and character. It has tremendous potential if only the owners would pay some attention.

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms need real attention — the shower door and rail were falling apart, the carpets were dirty, and the bug screens hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Towels weren't replaced during our stay, walls between rooms were paper-thin, and breakfast service became slow and disorganized whenever the room filled up. Overall the property felt tired, under-managed, and lacking the hands-on ownership presence you'd expect at a property with this much potential.

This is a lovely old hotel that has seen better days. Management should renovate and restore it.
Pros:

Good breakfast, good sized room, comfortable bed

Cons:

The place is old and in disrepair. The TV didn’t work, there was a sign on the bathtub that the drain didn’t work. The toilet was a very slow flush. The carpets were dirty and the ceiling tiles were damaged and repaired with coloured tape.

Very close to the airport and comfortable for a night stay.
Pros:

It felt like going back in time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and made for you. The dining area and lounge area were very nice.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had stains in the carpet and the bed sheets are a couple small stains.
The room needs some updating

기대하지 못했던 색다른 경험이었다. 어느 클래식 소설속의 주인공처럼 숙소 이곳 저곳을 다니며 즐겼다. 페리 시간이 맞추느라 일찍 나와야 했다. 좀 더 시간이 있었더라면 좋았을텐데 아쉬웠다.

직원이 데스크에 머무르지 않고 어디선가 나타난다. 그것도 예상치 못해 흥미로웠지만..
