Хорошая локация, большая и просторная комната, красивый вид на джунгли и своя терасса

Cons:

Старый, запущенные отель который нуждается в ремонте, обновлениях и хорошем маркетинге. Внутри комнаты запах сырости и старости. Кондиционер дует прямо в кровать

L'hôtel aurait un fort potentiel mais nous pouvons observer une dégradation générale progressive.C'est nettoyé mais les toits, marches etc ne sont pas entretenus..Dommage!
La chambre est très bien.Nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine.l'eau est verte.

absolute disaster, avoid it

Bosco, the dog who lives here, is just as sweet and cheerful as ever.

Cons:

Two years ago, we stayed in this hotel for two weeks, and even then it wasn't in the best condition - but it could be explained by the fact that COVID had just ended, and time was needed for renovation after the hard times, and the price was half what it is now. But since then, the condition of the rooms has only gotten worse, and one of our two rooms was in such a state that I can't understand how people with any conscience could think it's acceptable to house guests here and charge money for it. Judge for yourself from the photos: mold on the walls, mold on the ceiling, mold on the hangers in the closet, holes in the floor, holes in the sofa (and even without the holes it's impossible to sit on it - it has long needed repairs). The lawn on the terrace is constantly flooded with water - and on the last day I discovered that water was seeping into the room through the floor - my things and suitcase got wet! You step on the parquet and water squishes under your feet!

By the end of the second day, after multiple demands and reminders from my side, the hotel manager graced us with his visit. All he could say was, "Sorry, we are very busy this season." How this relates to the condition of the hotel and whether he would be willing to accept apologies instead of money from me - the manager couldn't answer.

I believe that the hotel management should be fired for incompetence. It is very sad to see how a beautiful building, obviously once built with love and care, is being so poorly managed.

Don't encourage this irresponsible behavior with your money!

Staff Amazing & Beautfiul Scenic Views; tranquil
Pros:

Stayed in Pool View apartment, Rooms are incredibly spacious with great WiFi and a lovely terrace. Bathroom is also very spacious and clean too. Staff are also so amazing, helped with baggage going up and down the stairs to the room and all extremely helpful.

Paid extra for a birthday package for decorations, could not have asked for better, cake was beautiful and the Bath and floor decorations amazing they did an amazing job! Also shoutout to the cute dog who was the highlight of our stay.

Would love to go back here after the place is seriously renovated. Not worth the 4 stars

This could really be a top location. Is in serious need of renovations. Paint work, lightning etc.

Cons:

The pool really was in a poor condition. Green edges, floating mold. Did not dare to use the pool

Pros:

Cute dog as well.
Great view.
Some might find the walk in to town a bit long, not a problem for me.
Large room. Huge bathroom!
No complaints from me.

All good.
They could have upsold me another night if offered a small discount?
The tukangs re-roofing the villas had covered up a set of stairs with the roofing straw : nearly broke my neck. A person less firm on their feet could have had a really bad accident.

It was ok for a short 3 night stay! Has great potential if it was fixed up and maintained well
Pros:

Really spacious, bathroom amazing, nice view, good value for money!

Cons:

In villa Sumatra - A bit run down, things needed fixing, safety deposit box wasn’t working, wardrobes were mouldy inside, uneven floor - tripping hazard.
Pool wasn’t inviting- green steps- didn’t go in!
