Location
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. It is with considerable regret that I note a significant decline in service standards compared to my previous visit.
From the outset, the experience fell below reasonable expectations:
1. Check-in Delay: Upon arrival, I was required to wait approximately 15 minutes at reception before being attended to, which is unacceptable given expected service efficiency.
2. Incorrect Room Arrangement: Despite booking accommodation for three guests, the room was initially prepared with only a double bed. I was required to return to reception to request an additional bed, which should have been arranged in advance.
3. Poor Housekeeping Standards: The room carpet was visibly unclean and contained noticeable patches, reflecting inadequate maintenance.
4. Health and Safety Concern: A sharp needle was found on the sofa, which caused discomfort when I sat down. This represents a serious safety hazard. The item was handed over to hotel staff, who documented and removed it; however, such an incident is deeply concerning.
5. Incomplete Amenities: Only two cups were provided for three guests, and no milk was available for tea upon arrival. These items were only provided after raising a complaint.
6. Room Conditions: The room lacked any view and felt enclosed, significantly diminishing the overall experience.
7. Lack of Assistance with Luggage: No assistance was offered with luggage upon arrival or departure. Staff observed but did not offer help, which is inconsistent with standard hospitality practices.
Additionally, several facilities within the room were not functioning properly upon arrival, including:
• Faulty toilet flush
• Disconnected television
• Defective coffee maker
Although these issues were eventually rectified after reporting, they should have been checked prior to guest occupancy.

I am a regular customer and have been visiting this hotel for quite some time now—approximately 10–11 trips over the past three years. My overall experience has always been excellent.
The hotel’s prime location, directly in front of Haram in Madinah, makes it even more exceptional and highly convenient for visitors.
During my recent stay, I encountered a minor issue with one of the elevators, which temporarily malfunctioned. However, aside from this small inconvenience, everything else—including the food, service, and overall stay—remains consistently outstanding.
