نسيت حقيبة في الغرفة وبقيت في المدينة 4 ساعات بعد المغادرة ولم انتبه للحقيبة الا بعد وصولي مدينتي تبعد 4 ساعات وعند التواصل مع الفندق اخبروني ان الحقيبة موجودة وعند سؤالي للموظف لماذا لم يتم التواصل معي سريعا لاستلامتها خاصة اني بقيت 4 ساعات افادني ان سياسة الفندق عدم التواصل مع العملاء لاخبارهم بالمفقودات وهذ سياسة سيئة جدا
