The location is perfect, close to masjid and shops. Not so hectic as the other side of masjid. Hotel is clean and rooms are huge . I had an amazing view of the masjid. Breakfast is plentiful. Good choice.
The only problem I had is not being able to access other floors. As my sister was on a different floor. U also need your card to move up a floor.

We had an exceptional experience at Pullmanzamzam Madina! From start to finish, the service was truly top-notch. The food was outstanding, featuring an incredible variety of delicious options to choose from every day.
A special mention goes to the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. On top of that, the cleanliness of the hotel was kept to the absolute highest standards.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madina and would love to stay here again!
Loved every thing
The best thing about the property has to be the staff, they are very accommodating. We got an early check in as well with a free upgrade, later on forgot my jacket after checkout and they kept it for me until i sent someone, the communication is great. Really good staff!
The location is great as well so are the rooms.

The manager of reception was very bad in his talk with me
I was upgraded to Junior suite and it was amazing. Whole customer service was outstanding, and the reception staff was the kindest people. It was my anniversary so he upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was a surprise and then after 1 day we were invited to a complimentary breakfast as guest of the day at premium restaurant. Their location is extremely good. Its on the new side and Infront of main gate so there wasn't much of traffic and numerous shops and restaurant around the hotel. As a couple or newly married, I would highly recommend you to stay at this place.
nothing I would say. My entire stay was extremely good. From the cleaning to customer service, everything stands out so far. Would always be my choice to stay in Madinah in future visits.
