Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. Nice looking room just as the pictures. If you look very close to things you can see imperfections and that is was little torn.
It was very clean and the location was great. Easy to go to the ocean and also in to the city centre but everything you need is within reach.

The AC was AMAZING. Probably the best I have ever used. Turned the room into a refrigerator in just a few minutes.

The staff was friendly but sometimes struggling with English, with google translate everything worked out smoothly.

Definitely recommend! If I would go back to Phu Quoc I will stay here.

Pros:

The room was not clean when we checked in. We commented on it and they said the guy was going to take care of it while we were out. Once we returned he said he was done, but when checking the room it was the same condition..??? Seemed like nothing had been done. Maybe clean is subjective, but I don't appreciate when the floor has lots of hair and the bathroom not clean, and surfaces not wiped. :-<

Pros:

Nice 2 star hotel with friendly staff. The windows are not soundproof so bring some earplugs to counter the night club across the street. The location is fantastic. Five minutes to the beach and five minutes to the night market. The Wi-Fi is slow and spotty but it works. The breakfast is made to order. The staff doesn’t speak much English but there are plenty of tour operators within walking distance to help you.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

We saw three rats in the lobby that went to the kitchen and told the staff, they didn't care. We had some ants in the room. There wasn't a trashcan in the room and the cleaning lady didn't take out the trash. Wifi was terrible. Staff didn't speak English and they tried to charge us from the minibar and we hadn't taken anything from it. So i wouldn't recommend this place.

Modern hotel but watch for spotty wifi and insects
Pros:

Hotel was built last year and looks new and nice. Firm bedding, good if you like that as I do. Spotty wifi and very hard floors subtracted from an otherwise decent experience. The biggest issue is that insects always seemed to be able to sneak into the room every night

Dedinitely worth the price!
Pros:

Hotel is new, and the staff are really really friendly and helpful! Room is large, furniture are new and both room and bathroom are well equipped. Hotel's restaurant is good, though a bit pricey. Location is also good, but they're building a lot and the dust and noise come also up to the room if windows are opened.

직원서비스도 맘에 들었구요..ㅋㅋ
지은지 얼마안되서 그런지 약간 새집냄새는 났지만ㅋㅋㅋ나쁘진않았어요
근처에 Embassy와 coop마트도 있어서 편했어요
