Pros:

お部屋も広く、キッチンが備わっているので、短期でも長期滞在にもオススメ。
シャワールームも広いので、リーズナブルな宿にありがちな、シャワーの後トイレがビシャビシャになるという事がないのも嬉しかった。
オーナーはとても明るい人柄で親切で、メッセージにも直ぐに返事をくれるので、困ったことや必要な事にすぐ対応してくれます。
ロケーションはビーチにも近く、徒歩圏内に食料品店やカフェ、レストランも多くて便利。通りから中に入っているので、騒音もなく静か。

Hard to find the host. No hot water. A big spider in the room;) No property’s bike for rent (only subrent). Bad toilet flush

Perfect little studio
Pros:

Private, whole studio to yourself with cooking facilities, no air-conditioning which is perfect, natural roof with many geckos and spiders sharing the home with you which I liked a lot. Quiet at night. The most comfortable firm non spring mattress. There was so much space inside for yoga practice too. I was happy here and the host was lovely, thank you!

Cons:

Perhaps some black out curtains for the night as the light from outside shines through. I couldn't get the hot water working , that being said, I did not ask for help.

Sleeping, cooking, living like at home.
Pros:

Located in a very quite yard away from main road, good sleep every day.

Cons:

The direction board in the alley could be bigger to help guests more easily to find the location.

Pros:

Distant from all the noises but at the same time close to the beach and few places where to eat.
There is a kitchen, and a fridge!

Cons:

Since the walls and the roof are not completely sealed off, there were lots of insects and we also saw a rat running on the edge of the walls (but since the property is very cheap you get what you paid for…)

Pros:

Very spacious accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days in Mui Ne, well located and very good treatment by the staff, the receptionist was always attentive to the needs of the guests and the communication with her is very good, recommended.

Cons:

The only thing I missed was shower gel or shampoo

Pros:

There are some nice restaurants in the local area and accessing the beach is easier compared to other parts of Mui Ne.

Cons:

The accommodation is rundown, dingy and dirty. The room was full of ants, spiders and cockroaches. You will spend the night terminating your roommates (I found a cockroach hiding in the bed sheets and I was woken by one crawling on my back, despite using the mosquito net..., which also has holes). Don't expect a comfortable night's sleep.

Even the geckos don't think much to the place. You will find their poop everywhere.

The shower is weak and only has cold water. The door lock is in poor condition too.

Poor value for the money. You can find much better places in Mui Ne for the price range. I moved on.

Good bungalow. When you stay in places like this be ready to meet some "domestic" animals)

Cons:

I was bited by some kind of midges. The bites heal very long. Now it's almost 3 weeks itching
