very good hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was very satisfying with a buffet style including many options for all tastes.
spa and pool very good too, no complaints. would stay there again

it could have been a bit easier for parking but otherwise all was excellent

Satisfied, but some things need to be improved!
Pros:

The property was ok for the price. We really liked the kids entertainment, the children were really happy, which is very important for us.

Cons:

Some things could be improved around the pool - maybe to be cleaned a bit better (some mould at certain spots). Also, we had an issue with the cost for lunch & dinner - a certain amount was advertised via Booking and when we arrived the property staff told us a cost that was twice as the one advertised. That was definitely not ok. We asked to speak to the manager and ultimately one of the managers assisted us and agreed to keep the advertised price. However, the rest of the staff (receptionist, restaurant staff etc.) kept quoting different prices and were completely confused. They need to improve their communication and try to avoid such issues, which leaves the customers with a feeling that they are trying to scam them somehow.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and their service was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had great views. The facilities were all very clean. The spa had a big variety of facilities that were all great. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Definitely very highly recommended!
