Great value for money
Pros:

Definitely great value for money in Ponta Delgado. Nice cosy clean room, medium size, feels spacious enough. Amenities are rather basic, but it s expectable in this price range. There was no kettle in the room, however kitchen above has everything needed (kettle, toaster, dishes, fridge) to be accessed any time of the day.
The location is very good, 5-10 mins away from the center.
