I honestly can't understand how this hotel has any negative reviews because my experience was exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, I was given an upgrade, and everyone treated me incredibly well. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping cleaned my room whenever I requested it.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options every morning. The location is very convenient and central, and I always found street parking available nearby.

What made my stay even more special was that they kindly extended my room upgrade during the days around my birthday, which I truly appreciated.

I want to thank everyone who helped me and everyone who was consistently kind throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities you could need. Yes, they charge €4 for a swimming cap if you want to use the pool or jacuzzi, but honestly, you can simply bring your own or buy one elsewhere.

Overall, I am extremely grateful to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Não tinha a tv a funcionar corretamente , agua do duche saia toda fora tampa do balde do lixo partida e o barulho dos outros hospedes a qualquer hora da noite, porta rolos casa de banho partido, e o mais incorreto da vossa parte foi ter solicitado cama de casal ao qual se comprometeram e não foi atribuída.

Muy buena ubicació y muy práctico
Pros:

Nos cancelaron el vuelo y tuvimos que buscar un alojamiento rápidamente pues mucha gente estaba en la misma situación. Room&Go nos hizo las cosas fáciles y nos dieron una solución rápida. Además nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in a la habitación.

Cons:

En esta habitación la WiFi no tenía demasiada potencia, sin embargo los días anteriores estuvimos también en Room&Go en otra habitaci´n donde la WiFi funcionó de maravilla.
