Nicht schlecht.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ein Aufenthalt ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und befinden sich in einem gepflegten Zustand.

Cons:

Leider war der Aufenthalt mit einigen Mängeln verbunden. In der Küche war kein Herd vorhanden. Zudem lief während des Duschens Wasser aus der der Duschkabine, sodass der Badezimmerboden sehr nass wurde.

Cons:

Falta de tomada na cabeceira da cama,

Cheiro forte na entrada do prédio até o elevador, parece ser de algum tipo de incenso que remete a mobília e prédio velho.

Atendeu minhas necessidades de maneira precária
Pros:

Limpeza, organização, silêncio e conforto.

Cons:

Água não esquenta o suficiente, tando do lavabo quanto a do chuveiro,

Suporte para o chuveiro da parede lateral quebrado, não dando opção de direcionar o jato de água para a parede..,

Porta do Box não isola a água do lavabo, água que bateu na porta de vidro inundou a área do lavabo.

Cheiro muito forte (talvez de incenso, remetendo também a prédios com mobília velha) logo na entrada do hotel até o elevador…

Falta de tomadas mas cabeceira da cama…

Ps. Esta é segunda estadia minha no local, na primeira apenas a falta das tomadas na cabeceira das camas e o cheiro forte na entrada do prédio me incomodaram, já nesta os problemas no banheiro tornaram a estadia bem desconfortável.

Perfeito para qualidade-preço.
Pros:

Ter uma boa relação qualidade preço. Estava tudo limpo, o quarto era espaçoso, o ar condicionado funcionava, a casa de banho estava ok, água era quente.

Cons:

Apenas dar o alerta à limpeza para ter atenção ao estado das toalhas deixadas na casa de banho. Uma das toalhas estava com um buraco, mas estava limpa.
