TTivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no Porto River. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, em um lugar privilegiado da cidade, bem em frente à ponte que atravessa para Gaia.

O hotel é extremamente charmoso, e pessoalmente é ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e simpática durante toda a estadia, sempre disposta a ajudar.

Há um restaurante logo abaixo do hotel e muitos comércios, bares e restaurantes a poucos passos, o que torna tudo muito prático e agradável.

Foi uma estadia incrível e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui novamente. Recomendo muito!

Gentilezza , pulizia e ottima posizione. Consigliatissimo
Pros:

La struttura bellissima, curata nei dettagli e super pulita . Tutto lo staff gentile , disponibile e sorridente e mi hanno sempre aiutata molto dato che ero in sedia a rotelle . Ringrazio in particolare modo la ragazza alla reception, professionale in tutto e davvero gentilissima.
Situato di fianco ad un ristorante favoloso. Colazione ottima , servita in una sala vista fiume e ponte . Letto molto comodo , stanza ampia , accappatoio e ciabattine; degustazione vino Porto offerta in loco più acqua , caffè, 2 mele, 2 cioccolatini e bottiglia di vino offerte in camera .

Cons:

Se devo proprio trovare qualcosa i cuscini per noi erano troppo alti e in bagno sarebbe comodo un bicchiere per lo spazzolino da denti .
Lo sgabello in doccia scivolava , ho preferito non utilizzarlo perché era proprio pericoloso .
Zona non accessibile a tutti i taxy e Tuk Tuk . Devono avere un permesso speciale.

Small and friendly hotel with great river views
Pros:

We had an excellent suite that had plenty of room for our toddler to play in. The hotel is well located near the river and the lounge area was quirky and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a bit of confusion about how room service worked. The room guide said to speak to reception but you need to order directly from the restaurant.

Pros:

Awesome location in the heart of the city center. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

It didn't bother me, but for those with light sleep, the endless stream of street musicians with speakers could be a problem.

A localização é perfeita, o staff é extremamente simpático e acolhedor, o pequeno-almoco é saboroso e com uma excelente vista para o Douro. O quarto estava impecável e todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos. com serviço de costura, livros e filmes à disposição, podia viver aqui para sempre
