Hotel Catedral Campeche

Lamentablemente pasamos unas noches muy difíciles, las camas y las almohadas eran muy incomodas. Las cortinas eran viejas, en algunas zonas estaban descartadas entonces se filtraba la luz. Además un barandal estaba roto, lo que podía ocasionar un accidente.
La atención fue buena, todos amables, pero definitivamente le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel.

Hotel malo. Cuartos sin closet para ropa, ni lugar donde tender la maleta

El hotel en general regular, la parte principal muy bonita y bien decorada, la parte posterior donde se encuentran las habitaciones está bien, las sábanas estaban lavadas pero tenían una mancha de sangre, y el inodoro de mi habitación fallaba en ocasiones.

To anyone wondering, this is more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms are dark and small, and so are the bathrooms. We had to find somewhere to stay our one night in Campeche and it was a cheap solution, but you get what you pay for.

Pleasant hotel. The room was clean, but basic. Good AC.

Excelente recepción solo que en el hotel, casi no hay señal de telefonía celular dde lo demaa estuvo muy bien.

El hotel está en el centro histórico lo cual permite recorrer el centro caminando, hay restaurantes cerca, el hotel como las habitaciones están muy limpias. Se descansa muy bien.

The hotel is located very close to the central square, yet not in the touristy part, which was nice. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and we were able to park our car right outside where they have a dedicated spot. However, the rooms are very small, and there is no breakfast - but easy walk to several nice spots. Also, no wifi in room, only in main areas.

La atención bien cuando llegamos al hotel que no me gusto el internet pésimo nunca tuve

Me gustó la atención me gustaría que tuviera teléfono en habitación ya que la recepción de señal del celular es nula (Movistar) no cuenta con estacionamiento propio los autos se quedan en la calle aunque es muy segura la vigilancia.

El hotel esta ubicado en un lugar muy centrico, con gran facilidad llegas al centro historico y otros sitios de interes..Pwro estan muy sucias las habitaciones, huelen mal.

El interior es bonito y la distribución esta bien, aunque no tiene closet y ni ganchos para la ropa respecto de un área en la se podría usar para tal fin.
Limpieza muy mal con cama con chinches.
Imposible descansar así.

Via hotel.com geboekt en een bevestiging van hotel.com per email ontvangen. Maar bij aankomst in het hotel was niets bekend over de reservering. Wij moesten opnieuw reserveren en een kamertype kiezen. De badkamervloer was ontzettend smerig met zand en afgebladderde verf op de grond. Ook lagen er metalen pennetje op de vloer. Het is op ons verzoek schoongemaakt. Betalen met creditcard was, in tegenstelling tot de informatie, op dat moment niet mogelijk. Op de kamer is geen wifi ontvangst. Wel in de receptieruimte waar het ontzettend heet is. De receptioniste heeft een ventilator op haarzelf gericht staan waardoor ze het volhoudt maar voor de gasten is er geen verkoeling. Geen water beschikbaar zoals in alle andere hotels, ook geen koffie of thee. Ik zou hier nooit opnieuw boeken. Voor dit bedrag kun je elders prima kamers reserveren.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio pero les falta en mejorar en limpieza de las habitaciones y servicios.

El Hotel está bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, pero las habitaciones estan en mal estado, la que me asignaron no tenia una manija en una puerta no habia agua en el inodoro, tenia que destapar el tanque y mover los mecanismos para que funcionara, la habitación tenia olor a drenaje el mando del ac no funcionaba.

Muy buena ubicación...instalaciones limpias.
