Pros:

It had things to do at every turn and so close to everything downtown! They even brought up little things for us because I told them it was our first trip away from kids!

Cons:

Parking is a bit steep but it is in the heart of downtown so understandable

Terrible experience for the price.
Pros:

The heated floors on the bathroom.

Cons:

This is honestly the first review I’ve ever written, and I believe this is worth letting people know. The service was not good. From the 45 minute wait to get into the room after 4:00 pm, the lack of requested items to be in the room, and lack of responsiveness to requests such as pre ordering the valet to be received 20 minutes in advance of leaving, left a lot to be desired.

When I called to book the room, I wanted to confirm that the room came with a bathtub, which I was told it did, only to be given a room with a handicap standing shower. The bed and pillows were very hard and stiff. There was no blanks only cover sheets to sleep in.


Needless to say, I would not stay at 21c.

Convenient location, exceptional service, friendly staff, great food.
Pros:

We were attending a UK men’s basketball game and the location was very close to the arena which made it very convenient when walking to and from.

Cons:

There was no designated parking lot, so either you have to park yourself and walk a ways, or pay for valet parking. The valet parking was great, but there were only two spots out front to park for valet, and they were always taken so we had to circle the block multiple times waiting for a spot to open up. This was not specified when booking, and would have been nice to know before hand so we could plan our arrival differently.
