The LUXE Ubud, a Boutique Hotel

Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. Incredible room, incredible staff, and beautiful surroundings. I wish we had stayed longer. And the restaurant upstairs is also incredible. We probably ate the best steak of our lives. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. I just can't recommend it enough!

The hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, so it was difficult to get around on the hotel's motorbike. However, we were able to enjoy the natural surroundings of Ubud. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a small boutique hotel with 4 units. The staff are accommodating and friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I had an early departure at 6 AM for the airport. The staff knew I would not be able to eat breakfast and offered to provide a breakfast box for me to take and I did not even need to ask. On the day of my departure, it was raining. Because cars are not allowed on the road to the resort, staff pick you up from the main road and take you down. My luggage would be out in the open in the scooter; the staff put my luggage into a plastic bag so that it would not get wet. Again, this was done without having to ask. They made arrangements for drivers, tours etc and were patient when he had multiple changes as to what we needed. The hotel is close to center of Ubud where there is shopping and numerous dining options. Yet, it is quiet and peaceful at the hotel and you would not even know you are in town. The breakfast is amazing and delicious and so was dinner. If you are not going out for the day, there is not as much for you to do as there is only a small pool at the hotel. But the room is very nice and relaxing in there would be wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we travel to Bali again.

We loved our stay. From the moment we were picked up by the driver (Komang, you were so lovely and accomodating, thank you so much for waiting all that extra time for us and doing a second transfer which was also delayed, we hugely appreciated it) we were immediately thoroughly looked after. We have never experienced the levels service we did here - everyone helped immensely and nothing was too much trouble. They even arranged a lovely flower greeting for our anniversary, a much appreciated personal touch.

Our room was lovely (sky loft) it was only a shame that we didn't spend too much time there as we were out exploring, but we loved having breakfast on the private roof terrace. We also had an in room massage which was very relaxing.

Unfortunately we also didn't get to go in the pool but it looked very peaceful.

The food was lovely (breakfast, we were not around for dinner) and we appreciated the detail and arrangements to get everything perfect.

Although the surrounding area is very peaceful and natural, we appreciated the complimentary scooter rides into the center of Ubud, we had a jam packed itinerary and it helped keep us on track. The concierge was also at hand to advise and help with our plans and questions.

The hotel is small but bespoke and allows the staff to really focus on their guests. We doubt we will ever be looked after the same and we thank everyone for their friendliness and hospitality. We had an amazing stay and wished it was longer.

The staffs were just amazing. Everyone there would go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The pictures that you see on the website is exactly what you will see when you get there. The food at the restaurant was very good, love their breakfast. We had seafood and it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come back with family next time. This is better than 5 star hotel!

We recently had the pleasure of spending five nights at Luxe Ubud, and it was truly an experience we will cherish for years to come. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a serene and stylish atmosphere that perfectly encapsulates the beauty of Ubud.

While many hotels can train their teams to provide good service, Luxe Ubud has managed to create an environment that embodies genuine care and compassion. It’s clear that each member of the staff takes pride in making guests feel welcomed and valued.

From the friendly smiles at the front desk to the attentive service at the restaurant, every interaction reinforced the positive atmosphere of the hotel. Although I wish I could recall everyone's names, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for making our stay so memorable. Your dedication and passion truly shone through, and it made all the difference in our experience at Luxe Ubud.

Our room was a perfect retreat, featuring stunning views of the surrounding lush landscape and exquisite attention to detail in the decor. 5-star hotel for sure! From arrival to departure, we were treated like VIPs. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They always anticipated our needs. They even had a slice of cake with a candle and a Happy Birthday flower sign for my partner. There’s only 4 or 5 very exclusive villas. Our room was incredible. They cleaned it in the morning and afternoon. The villas are in a quiet and secluded area so no car has access to them. The busy area is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute scooter ride which they are happy to provide anytime at no charge. HIGHLY recommended 5-star hotel.

Really convenient location in central ubud but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. You get ferried to and fro from tge rice fields via on demand scooter 24/7 which was a fun experience in itself!

It was an amazing stay in very comfortable and beautiful place surrounded by Juwuk rice fields (early walks are a must!).
The location is great, quiet, yet within easy reach to central Ubud (7 min by scooter, 20 min walking).

What a beautiful stay at The Luxe Villas. Our villa was beautiful. Bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and our rooftop deck was great as we had breakfast there overlooking the rice fields each morning.
The staff were the best. They couldn’t do enough for us.
We loved the scooter rides to town and the restaurant on the premises is as fine as any restaurant you would find in NY.
I highly recommend it.

We choose this place to rest and get over jet lag. What we didn't expect was the level of personal service and amazing food at the Grille Restaurant on the property. It was a perfect place for us! They would have gladly helped us venture to local sights and attractions if we chose to do so. Thank you Luxe Villas for a wonderful stay!

Very unique location with adventure environment by motor cycle commuting between Villas and Down town. Enough space, quiet air-conditioning feel very far from Downtown because it's isolated in the middle of race field, but really close to town. All staffs are very kind and well very supportive.

property is very quiet and absolutely beautiful surrounding by the Rice Terrace. my husband and I are very happy that we found this place.

ウブドの街からは離れてますけど、バイクで送迎してくれます。
ウブドに来たらまたここに泊まりたいですね。

This is an exquisite property in the middle of the jungle - that you can only access via a scooter! But don’t let that stop you…it’s worth it! The villas are beautifully appointed and the service is beyond. Additionally, the restaurant on site is phenomenal! Make this property part of your stay in Ubud!

Great place to stay in Ubud

Our stay at the Luxe Villas in Ubud was just what we needed to unwind. If you choose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud and Bali beaches and instead want to relax in a quiet and beautiful area – opt for the Luxe Villas. It is situated in a no car zone, accessible by scooters only (butlers from the Luxe Villas will assist you with your luggage and personal transportation). It is also an easy walk where you could unwind from the busy city center if you chose so. From the beginning to the end our experience was wonderful. The Grille upstairs offers wonderful service, and all the meals are beautifully and skillfully prepared by the chef and his team. The premises are clean, aesthetics meets the beauty and the function with purpose of relaxation. All the staff from the reception, butlers, and restaurant are extremely helpful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay - thank you everyone at the Luxe Villas – you gave us the best vacation in a long time!
