Pros:

location easy to access and reach from the main road. room easy to access and all the system using for check in and check out using the computerise. easy to check in and check out. staff easy to contact and friendly.

Cons:

my room was very near with the main road. i can hear sound for cars and motorcycle cross in front of our room. sometimes it difficult for me to sleep at night especially when heard some noise outside in the middle of night. hopefully hotel management will find out some solution like a sound proof or anything to reduce the noise for batter environment for guest.

dekat dengan tempat rekreaksi....strategik untuk menginap

bilik family 2 katil tetapi hnya 1katil dan 1tilam d sediakan...order 2katil queen tp dpt hnya tilam....shower yg sudah rosak...merbahaya terkena dengan mesin heater...aircon yg kurng hp utk menampung bilik yg besar...bilik C101.kipas stand sambungan wayar tidak kemas...kalau tidak percaya apa yang saya hujah,sila semak kembali bilik tersebut...saya bukan pertama kali booking hotel ini..harap d perbaiki kelemahan....terima kasih

Cleanliness is important no matter what price the rooms are
Pros:

Close to shops and cafes. Near to get to Manjung and Lumut, a filtered drinking machine (cold and hot) in the hallway, hallway/corridor is well lit, mattress and pillows are comfy, bedsheets are clean and smells nice.

Cons:

Book 2 rooms:-
Deluxe double bed room - floor was sticky, cobwebs in the corners, dusty cups and plastic pot, tv remote didn't work, bathroom was dirty, no shampoo just shower gel, towels that didn't absorb, no facial tissue provided, only 2 pillows, noise coming from the street.

Family room - much better than the deluxe room. The downside was 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower gel provided, air-conditioning was underpowered because the room is large and was leaked a bit, dusty cups and plastic pot,
