Tolles Hotel, was durch Lage und Freundlichkeit besticht
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen am Empfang, im Frühstücksraum und ebenso beim Reinigungspersonal. Gekühlte Wasser und Cola Zero Flaschen umsonst in der Lobby.

Cons:

Eigentlich ist alles super, es ist nur ein wenig hellhörig, mir wurde aber freundlicherweise direkt das Zimmer getauscht, weil man im ersten Zimmer den Aufzug hören konnte. Ich hab sogar als Ersatz ein Doppelzimmer anstatt des Einzelzimmers bekommen, weil kein Einzelzimmer mehr frei war.

Very comfortable hotel and a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station and close to all the sights. They offer some extras like free water and sodas. Toiletries include lotion and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable The staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Some other reviews mentioned noise - I did hear a little later in the night. It is in old town and there’s bars/restaurants around. I have a White Noise app on my phone - I used that and didn’t notice the noise.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Zürich, with good access to everything. Great restaurant too!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Of course there is room for improvement, but this is for everywhere. Very clean, very nice, a little bit noisy at night (you can hear the people on the street), but no serious complaint. The staff were absolutely top! Thank you Adler and see you next time!

Just the little noise from the street, but nothing major.
