Excellent hotel: comfortable, clean, lovely room, with beautiful wood and decor, and professional, helpful, and kind staff. The breakfast was very good. This is an extremely well run hotel with kind staff and I would definitely stay here again.

Family room was perfect and you cant beat the location.
Pros:

Location, right in Old town area and shopping district. Loads of different resturants. easy to catch a cab or Uber back to airport.

Cons:

being from the states AC is very poor so if you need a cool room this maynot be for you. But location and time of year it may not matter. If in Switzerland dont expect AC, but ask for a fan!

One night in Zurich
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for one night at the end of my trip.
The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Having an air conditioner was truly a bliss.
The staff was very welcoming and provided information even before I had the chance to ask.
The place is in a walking distance from many coffees and small beautiful shops.
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the traditional dinner in the connected restaurant.

Lovely clean accommodation
Pros:

It’s a charming hotel with lovely, helpful staff. Our room and all areas were very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
It is situated perfectly to explore Zurich and only a very short, moderate slope up from the riverside.
One star left off - the USB sockets in the room seemed to suck energy out of our power bank, not charge it! Furthermore we loaned an adapter to counter that which wasn’t much better. Maybe there could be a circuit problem? ( room 312). These days being able to charge devices is very important.
Don’t let it put you off , we would return without hesitation.

A perfectly located hotel with cozy, well-appointed rooms and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Great location in the historic center, just a 10-minute walk from the station. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as chocolates, complimentary water and soda. The room was functional, featuring a great shower, toiletries, and slippers. Clean, cozy, and welcoming environment. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, salmon, eggs, and yogurt. We highly recommend the hotel's restaurant, especially the fondue.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Had a very enjoyable stay in Zurich. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, the river, and major attractions. It was also very convenient for moving around the city and reaching the train station.

The hotel itself had a cozy Swiss atmosphere, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming throughout the stay. After traveling and exploring the city, it felt like a perfect place to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich.
