Zurich first timer
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient. Great having free water and coca cola. Thats a first ever at a hotel.

Cons:

My room was opposite the lift so I heard it going up and down.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel is amazingly located. The room is spacious, it has a small desk, but there is also a coworking area downstairs that was very comfortable to work in. There are tons of restaurants and stores around the hotel.

Overall a great stay and we would recommend.
Pros:

Very nice property. Complimentary water and soda fridge downstairs for guests was great. Nice and helpful staff. Bathroom nice and great shower. Good housekeeping. Great location. Nice there is a restaurant onsite.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room was not really cooling properly. Our room, 216 is above a patio dining area. We had to keep windows open due to warm temperature in room. Cigarette smoke wafted up into our windows every evening from the diners below us.

A great location with friendly staff. A clean and neat room

Cons:

As with other places in Zurich prices are high for what you get but was nice hotel. Walls are thin and noise could be an issue- the was lucky and only had one night with noise from another room
