I had a great stay at this hostel! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really friendly atmosphere. The staff were amazing - always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was also very convenient, close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay!

Hôtel vétuste, pas insonorisé et pas confortable
Pros:

-la jeune femme de la réception qui était super gentille
- la localisation de l’hotel

Cons:

Beaucoup de choses malheureusement :
- avoir payé 10€ -13€ en plus pour avoir une chambre avec SDB : chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et la douche c’est un tuyau avec un robinet qui éclabousse tout quand on se lave et l’eau sort de la salle de bain.
- la salle de bain : hauteur 1m60, si on fait + comme moi on se cogne la tête c’est super :) + ampoule située juste a coté de la douchette qu’on accroche au mur : électricité à verifier, je ne pense pas que ce soit au norme ?
- lit ou on sent les ressorts
- chambre pas propre en générale: cheveux, poussiére…
- j’ai somnolé entre 2h et 6h du matin : avant cela
Impossible de dormir puisque le monsieur de l’accueil était au téléphone (conversation bruyante…chambre au RDC A coté de l’accueil), je lui ai dis mais bon… son bien être avant tout, les clients après :)
- vu que celui de l’accueil était au telephone: à 00h15, un client de l’hotel a essayé de rentrer dans ma chambre (par erreur certe) mais… le receptionniste avait du mal lui indiquer sa chambre vu qu’il était au téléphone…. Dommage !
- même situation quelques heures plus tôt lorsque je suis arrivée vers 17/18h: un client essaye de rentrer dans ma chambre…. Il cherche les toilettes, peut être le receptionniste pouvait indiquer des le début au client ou se trouvait les toilettes, ça serait plus pratique…
- aucun geste commercial
- j’étais avec des amis qui avait une chambre au 1er étage: ils entendaient aussi le réceptionniste qui était au téléphone, il n y a aucune insonorisation

L'accueil, la possibilité de pouvoir rester un jour de plus du fait de la météo, les vélos en securite, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner servi sous la pluie.... mais pas grave l'équipe a tout fait pour nous mettre au sec!

Cons:

Poor WiFi – Expect slow connections (good for disconnecting, bad for work).
Street noise – Street vendors, and Instagrammers can get loud.
No blackout curtains – Bright mornings
Dodgy lock.
If you’re looking for a cheap, central crash spot in Chaouen—this is it. Just bring earplugs and let the city’s chaos fuel your adventure.
