En la primera habitación super genial muy amplia luego extendi y me dieron otra habitación mas pequeña pero super cómoda... El frondesk muy profesional gracias a todos Ronald me atendió cuando llegue muy cordial, cuando hice la extensión el frondesk que no recuerdo du nombre fue muy amable y me resolvió rapido, pero en realidad todos muy profesionales las housekeeping muy atemtas...

Из за того что в номере не работала кондиционер и холодильник отдых получилось чуть дисконфортно, остальное все норм.

バルセロナ滞在には良いロケーションの宿だが一部のスタッフの対応に問題あり

地下鉄駅を出てすぐなので、旧市街地の観光地に行くのも含めて便利。

Cons:

８月７日にルームメイクがタオルを置いていかなかったので午後部屋を出る前にレセプションにタオルを置いておいてほしいと依頼しておいたが、夜戻ってもタオルがない。レセプションに行って「タオルが欲しい」と伝えたがPCを見ながら「作業が終わった後で持っていく」と言われ、３０分程待っても持ってこない。再度レセプションに行くが結局タオルはもらえなかった。翌日別のスタッフにこの話をしたら、タオルならすぐそこ（レセプションの裏）にあると。おそらくこういう事案は以前にもあったのだろうという感じの話しぶりだった。当該日時のルームメイクとレセプションスタッフは即刻解雇することをホテルのオーナーに進言します。とても不愉快な対応でした。
