Most we liked location because hotel just 2 minutes walking from Istiklal street , everything is near shopping area, restaurants and bars with live music .. also near to metro and funicular. We had good connection with host and he was kind and helpful

I highly recommend this accommodation I experienced in Istanbul. The neighborhood was very safe, the apartments were meticulously clean, and the hosts were extremely helpful in every way. I will definitely return. Until my next trip to Istanbul, goodbye.

You could always see prostitute women at corner of the street. It doesn’t affect you if you just pass by. But not good for family trip I assume.

Great Guidance and Spotless Rooms
One of the best parts of our stay here was the staff’s warm and helpful guidance about the city. Their tips on places to visit, transportation, and food were incredibly useful. The rooms were clean and recently renovated — we really appreciated their attention to cleanliness. Thank you for this wonderful Istanbul experience!
I feel truly lucky that my girlfriend and I found this hotel for our trip. It’s located in a vibrant area surrounded by entertainment venues, which meant we were never bored during our stay. What impressed me the most was how well-insulated the room was, despite all the activity nearby. When we first arrived, we were advised to keep the windows and curtains closed — and as long as we followed that, we had no issues at all. It was a perfect balance of comfort, peace, and fun.

Cleanliness of bathroom
May people say its bit noisy around hotel during the night. Yes it is but if you close everything you will barely hear anything. Again its centre of city so of course you will hear some noise, but overall very good close to main tourist attraction and help full receptionist.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pino Verde and feel compelled to share my experience, which was overwhelmingly negative.
First and foremost, the location is far below acceptable standards. The hotel is situated directly opposite a brothel and is surrounded by numerous low-quality nightclubs. The loud music from these clubs blares until 7 AM, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The area is rife with noise, commotion, and frequent street fights, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment.
Additionally, the pictures of the hotel on their website are highly misleading. The images are clearly morphed and do not represent the reality of the hotel’s surroundings. In truth, the hotel is tucked away in a dingy lane, overshadowed by many nearby buildings. This stark contrast between expectation and reality was extremely disappointing.
The rooms themselves are incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. This added to the overall feeling of claustrophobia and discomfort during our stay.
Overall, Hotel Pino Verde failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and safety. I strongly advise against staying here if you value a peaceful and pleasant hotel experience.
