Pros:

L’hotel era rinnovato e molto pulito. I letti erano molto comodi e l’ambiente tranquillo, il che ha reso il soggiorno davvero rilassante. Anche la colazione era molto buona e con una scelta soddisfacente.

Cons:

D’altra parte, le regole erano un po’ troppo rigide e a volte risultavano fastidiose. Inoltre, secondo me, lo staff avrebbe potuto essere più sorridente e accogliente.

1. No window screen for ventilation and temperature regulation (Couldn’t open the window even though the room was getting hot. A/C was seasonally turned off.

Great location, amazing breakfast & staff - Mercedes and Ana were lovely and greeted us every morning on the rooftop
Pros:

The property is beautiful, the staff was great and very helpful - Ana and Mercedes were especially fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Views on the 3rd floor terrace were incredible!

La propreté, l'emplacement

Cons:

Des petits verres en plastique qui tiennent avec pleine de l'eau. Peu de produit de douche (petits tubes) et pas de savon pour les mains.
La non flexibilité de l'hotel car nous avions réservé 4 nuits et finalement 10 jours avant j'ai annoncé que ce serait que 3 nuits. Ils n'ont pas voulu rembourser. J'avais réservé bien à l'avance par booking.com et je n'ai pas eu le choix de faire une réservation "flexible". C'est surtout ça que je leur reproche.
