Picturesque Location !
Pros:

Beautiful Domaine surrounded by vast lands where horses freely roam.
The bamboo trees at the entrance reminded me of the bamboo forest in Kyoto in Japan.
I liked everything but I wish the breakfast was included in the price.

L’accent est mis sur la provenance locale et éthique des ingrédients. Service discret mais efficace.

Pros:

It was just an amazing and beautiful place to stay, so relaxing being next to nature, with wonderful surroundings of horses, goats and chickens. The room we stayed in was outstanding and had been decorated to perfection, with great attention to detail. The breakfasts were sumptuous with organic produce, and we dined on fresh figs, apricots, avocados and homemade cheeses. It was a great place to unwind and take in the wondrous surroundings. The staff were attentive and professional without being overly fussy. A special thankyou to Sandra, who attended to our needs and was so organised and welcolming. We will definately be coming back. Incroyable moment au domaine.
Havre de paix dans un cadre idyllique.

Superbe accueil à notre arrivée... Surclassés ! La chambre était magnifique.
Dîner à thème "BBQ" très agréable dans les jardins du restaurant bien que nous ayons encore plus apprécié l'intimité des petits déjeuners sur la terrasse du domaine.

Piscine à l'écart entre jardins et chevaux.

Tout était parfait.

La magie à l'état pur ... MERVEILLEUX !
Pros:

un cadre de rêve à 5minutes de Montpellier. Nous avons passés un séjour unique et merveilleux au domaine de Biar. On se sent comme à la maison avec la touche "chateau" et la gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Nous avons très hâte de revenir. c'était fabuleux !

Totalement inattendu de caractère
Pros:

Luxe et repos. « Folie de Biar » refaite parfaitement dans le caractère de l’epoque avec des chambres ultra moderne et de caractère. Seule la sdb ouverte sur la chambre n’est pas la tasse de thé de ma femme (toutes les chambres ne sont pas comme ça). Nous avons apprécié le principe d’eco lodge. La nourriture (légumes du potager) est de qualité. L’environnement est sublime.

Idyllisches kleines stylisches Herrenhaus
Pros:

Idyllisch gelegener, kleiner Landsitz der einem Chateaux ähnelt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail stylisch renoviert wurde...Pferdekoppel, ungeheizter Außenpool, der wegen des herbstlichen „Blätterfallens“ extra für uns aufgedeckt wurde...einem sehr gut eingestellten Dampfbad mit wechselndem Farblichtspiel und Kuschelhandtücher, das Restaurant hatte Montags leider abends geschlossen, dafür lässt das qualitativ sehr hochwertige Frühstück kaum einen Wunsch auf und die Dame, die es servierte war sehr zuvorkommend und nett !!! Das Badezimmer dürfte ein bisschen größer sein und etwas mehr Ablageflächen haben ( hochwertiges Design ist leider nicht immer praktisch, bzw. funktional...) Das Zimmer war qualitativ sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und Trends, nur fehlte eine Minubar, der Safe war leider zu klein und daher leider nicht für ein MacBook/I-Pad geeignet und einen Fernseher stellte man uns erst auf Anfragen ins Zimmer, der hatte aber nur 1 deutsches Programm...aber wer braucht in dieser Idylle schon einen TV...!?! ;-) In dem Quuensizebett schliefen wir phantastisch, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind zum Wohlfühlen. In diesem Schmuckstück von Hotel ist alles etwas besonders...<3 Mit Videokamera überwachtes, eingezäuntes Gelände mit Parkplatz und Schlüsselcode für Zimmer und Haustür, der uns leider am Abend die Eingangstür nicht öffnete und wir fast eine Stunde brauchten, bis wir endlich in unser Zimmer kamen ( nach ca. 1000km Fahrt waren wir doch sehr müde...aber sonst TOP !!!
