We liked having an apartment instead of just a hotel room. It was very clean.
This was an off-season stay. Older, but very well-maintained property Extremely friendly staff. Nice pool. Bif two-floor unit. Nice kitchen. Very comfortable.
The place was difficult to find during the night when we arrive.
We had family in town and wanted to share Cape Cod with them for their first experience, Cape Winds was a lovely over night stay.

Good price & location. Brian very helpful & able to resolve TV & window problems Friday pm. Spoke to upstairs guests who were slightly less noisy after that.
Upstairs guests noisy. Facility old. Bed hard. 1 toilet rocked. Windows stuck open first night. Trouble with 1 TV first night.
It was adequate. Nothing fancy. Appliances worked. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean.
No coffee filters! No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner). You could hear the upstairs tenant walking around. Floor above us seemed weak. Room may have experienced a flood. Rust stains in ceiling. A couple of water collectors on the cabinets. My wife said the place smelled musty. There was an unpleasant odor, a kind of sickly smelling cleaner, at the foyer entrance. Not unsanitary, just unpleasant.
Cute property great for families
The team of workers were very welcoming and professional. They kept me informed about my stay as well as accommodated my requests in a timely manner.
I did not like that the air conditioning was "stinky" and the space seemed moist, the floor did not dry after showering as well as the room had a musty smell. I solved the problem with air fresheners, and it was ok.
