Wonderful Hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Rooms are spotless and the staff went out of their way for us. The shower was phenomenal! Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job and were a bit inexperienced, compared to the very high quality and presentation of the food. Overall, a pleasant place, at a price....

twice the price
Pros:

the hotel was nice enough though it needs a little touch up as it is a tiny bit tired. the bed was lovely and the breakfast was nice. the view from our room was shabby and uncared for not at all what i expected especially when paying 220 dollars a night. you can get a hotel for half the price which is twice as nice 300 metres down the road. which we did.

Zimmer hatte eine grausige Ausicht auf eine Bauruine. Im weiss gefliesten Badezimmer klebten schwarze lange Haare auf dem Boden. Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Viele Einrichtungen (Jacuzzi, Sundeck) waren nicht in Betrieb. Personal größten Teils überfordert. Value for Money stimmt nicht. Könnte mit etwas Hotel-Know-how eine Perle werden.

Great location but needs some improvements
Pros:

Solid hotel but needs some improvements (has been open for less then a year.

CONS
- Black out blinds do nothing. Room fills with light so bring a sleep mask. Also bring ear plugs for nearby roosters.
-AC is super loud
-TV all Spanish channels. Need some English channels
-Wifi is poor in the rooms. Much stronger in the lobby.
-Need more power outlets especially near bed
-Dinner is slow. Pizza took 30-45 min
-Breakfast should be buffet. Not limited options

PROS
-Awesome location. Beach with sea lions in front. Next to malecon
-Friendly staff (especially Manolo who is awesome!)
-Big clean rooms
-Shower and sink good pressure and hot water.

Perfecto por donde se lo mire!!!
Pros:

El Hotel es Excelente, la atención es aún mejor, te hacen sentir como en tu casa y a la vez te prestan un servicio 5 estrellas de la más alta calidad.
En el restaurante la comida de realmente Gourmet y las pizzas (al horno de leña) son Imperdibles así como un cóctel en la barra con vista al mar. Regresaría una y mil veces sin dudarlo.
Gracias por la excelente estadía y las atenciones!!!!!
