Pros:


The restaurant was not good; the coffee was cold and too strong. The staff was very friendly. I did not use the pool, but the water was at a very nice temperature.
hotel was clean and excelent location.

This is my fourth visit to San Miguel and I always make an effort to stay here convenient safe clean staff is very accommodating, helpful, and service oriented. This feels like home away from home for me.

Great location and comfortable. It was in a modernized historical hacienda that kept many of the old architectural features. The staff is the gem here. They were all friendly and helpful.

Perfectly situated in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, this hotel offered an ideal base for exploring the city's colorful streets and historic sites. The staff consistently demonstrated warm hospitality, with attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was impeccably clean and conveniently located beside the pool area. While there was some ambient noise in the evenings, it consistently quieted down by 10pm, and our portable sound machine effectively masked any remaining sounds, ensuring peaceful nights.
The property features an excellent on-site restaurant, La Doña de San Miguel, which served delicious breakfast and lunch options on the ground floor. The restaurant's rooftop space was a particular highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views that created the perfect setting for watching the sunset over the city's distinctive skyline.
We would definitely choose this hotel again for its prime location, friendly service, and overall excellent value.

Nice remodeled older property
Pretty exposed stone and lovely people working there. The rooms have no windows and are dark and in need of some repairs mostly in the bathrooms like the cabinets
