Cold beer in the pub along with the live music.

Cons:

The meal was average.
Accommodation would have been great, if it wasn't for a very disruptive guest staying above our room. We called management twice due to the continued behaviour of the guest with minimal impact.
Was very disturbing behaviour that we heard and alarming.

Pros:

Wir sind mit einem späten Flug in Brisbane angekommen und hatten dieses Hotel für die 1. Nacht gebucht.
Der Check-In war sehr freundlich obwohl wir sehr spät Nachts angekommen sind.
Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.
Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, können zur Ausstattung daher nichts sagen.

It’s such a shame that the first person you meet, is so unfriendly and rude.
Pros:

The room was clean. The wait staff and cleaning staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. Door was great

Cons:

When we first checked in, the woman at reception wasn’t friendly at all. We had asked for a disability room, but it was booked. They then put us in a room with 3 steps to the deck at the front and one step at the back. They could see my daughter in a wheelchair and didn’t think to mention that there were steps or offer us a ramp. She was very rude. She finally went and got us a little ramp. The rest of the staff were lovely. We will not be going back to stay again.
