Very convenient for reaching out to major attractions

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It's very noisy from 10pm to 4am as its just next to a pub.

Please put tag DnD or housekeeping cleaning
Atleast guest can request... Most probably have package breakfast including because the range room not satisfied that guest stay... Please put some more channel example njoi guest not boring at room... Thanks

Please remember to bring your remote control down to the reception when checking out, i got asked to go back to the room twice because i left the remote control in the room and my key card could not be scanned twice.

Everything are okay and nice to stay. BUT on our second night we had a supernatural experience. It start from 11.30pm. There is a huge sound like pipe then someone turn the pipe on. This happened repeatedly and so many times until we can't sleep. Luckily the children sleep sound like a baby. Later on around 2.30am after we try harder to close our eyes, suddenly we heard someone try to enter our room and afterwards it continue with someone find food on our table near the tv. My husband woke up and look at to the door and the table but no one there. Then we try to sleep but still can't!. The same sound people looking something on the table was heard again. My husband woke up and he checked it but still nothing. Then we heard at the top of our room there is sound like a cracky door "krrkk..krrkk...three times. Can you imagine that there is a door up of our room but actually there is no room above us. We stay at the last floor at the top of the hotel. Scary right! The next day I told this to the receptionist but she just said it might be the pipe. But how come the pipe is silent when morning came. No SOUND at all!!.. She just silent. I'm not give a bad reputation to this hotel. The hotel is truly good, nice and clean. I love the hotel. Maybe its my luck to have such experience like this. Frankly we are enjoy stayed here because it is near with the shop and laundry and the big is big.

Wifi signal was very bad. Can't connect to the internet at all.

Karaoke sound next door too loud. Facilities just ok, nothing to be proud of. Cockroach and bugs in room. No satellite TV. Car parking is not hotel's private parking space. WiFi works great even in room. No breakfast provided.

So for good, but out room has no view due to the window has no lock and too high above, difficult to view outside.
The walkway are scary and dark due to wall colour and carpet are dark colour. Better change the colour to brighter colour, also need painting picture for better environment.

Ants found inside room and incursion of cigarette smokes into room.

The bathroom was so untidy,receptionist not so friendly
requested for extra money just for extra half an hour

Just a one night stay ... is good :)
