The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get.

Location is great because it's really close to the airport and a few department store. The hotel itself is okay but no fridge, limited space for bathroom, bed is okay.

Beautiful hotel, extremely big and nice breakfast buffet. HOWEVER, bathroom drains not working, so bathroom flooded taking shower. Also air conditioning not working properly

The property was fine, but they lost my reservation, then tried to convince me that I was there on the wrong day. After I provided the documentation, it took them a half hour to sort it out. The front desk staff lacks English language skills; if anybody needs them in a hotel, it's the front desk. Also, after giving me a questionnaire after breakfast, they took a photo of my (fine) and used it on social media without asking (not fine).

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast.

Nice hotel apart from when it's raining heavily. The rainwater went into our room and flooded a bit. Other than that, everything is Ok. They have a variety of breakfast which I liked, but if you come too late, some of the food will be a bit dry because they kept the place where they put the food, open. The hotel is also near to the airport, so it's convenient if you want to avoid traffic. Moreover, the location is also not that far from a new touristic site called Ramang Ramang in Maros.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgesprochen gut und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Die dicht befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr unschön.

Good basic hotel that is very nearly excellent. The rooms are fine at the price and the hotel is in good condition. Breakfast was surprisingly good in this price range of hotel.
The problem is the staff. They smile loads and mean well but really are lacking training (which is not their fault) and English is poor with some of the reception staff. They simply don't know quite what they are meant to do.
If they can sort this then they are an excellent airport stay for the price, though there is just a very busy road and the odd shop and warung nearby.
