Loved our stay! 10/10 would recommend.
Pros:

I love the location, its close to everywhere especially during Songkran. Very near BTS Sala Daeng

Cons:

Nothing much but the gym can be improved with new equipment

Pros:

Très bon emplacement près du métro et du skytrain . Parfait pour une famille pour visiter Bangkok. 2 chambres impeccables L'appartement est très calme, pas de bruit la nuit dans un quartier bien vivant. Restau, supermarché, commerce à 5 mn à pied. La piscine parfaite !

Insgesamt ist alles sehr gut, und wir können die Unterkunft besonders für Familien sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in der Nähe von Wohngebieten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist freundlich, stets lächelnd, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und eignen sich hervorragend für einen längeren Aufenthalt und zum Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

This is a well managed and clean property. I would recommend it and it was also very peaceful.
Pros:

The property was very clean and the host was very responsive.

Cons:

There was a little construction project going on next-door, but we told the host we were being disturbed by it and they stopped and went onto another project

Niestety pobyt w loftach był dużym rozczarowaniem. Wyposażenie jest stare i zużyte — meble w kiepskim stanie, pożółkłe deski sedesowe, a prysznic w wannie bardzo niepraktyczny. W łazience na górze brakuje nawet gniazdka elektrycznego, co jest sporym utrudnieniem. Dodatkowo w szafkach znajdują się kulki z naftaliną, a w całym obiekcie unosi się intensywny, nieprzyjemny zapach. Ciągłym problemem jest również ciepła woda — przepływowy podgrzewacz nie zapewnia stabilnej temperatury, przez co korzystanie z prysznica jest uciążliwe. Standard zdecydowanie nie odpowiada opisowi i oczekiwaniom.Unfortunately, our stay in the lofts was a major disappointment. The furnishings are old and worn out — the furniture is in poor condition, the toilet seats are yellowed, and the shower over the bathtub is very impractical. There isn’t even a single electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, there are mothballs in the cabinets, and there is a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the entire property. There is also a constant problem with hot water — the instantaneous water heater does not provide a stable temperature, making it difficult to use the shower comfortably. The standard of the place is far below what was described and expected.

Ok, mutta en mene uudestaan hinta/laatu ei kohtaa!
Pros:

Uima-allas katolla. Ei ruuhkaa. Hiljainen hotelli tosin liikenteen äänet tuli läpi seinien! Vartija läpi yön sisääntulossa, hän aina avasi oven ja tilasi hissin hieno palvelu!

Cons:

Sain huoneen missä ei ollut suihkua vaan amme, pyynnöstä sain uuden huoneen missä suihku👍 kiitos siitä🙏🏻
