Pros:

Super pour la famille ! un appartement propre et confortable, près des transports en commun !
Le ménage fait tous les jours, une piscine tranquille sur le toit, une épicerie et une excellente boulangerie (danoise) à proximité, tout pour une arrivée en douceur!

Home from home in the middle of transport links. Can get anywhere easily
Pros:

Fantastic loft. Very comfortable, very clean situated 5 min walk from Chong Nonsi or Sala Deang, Patpong night market. Have stayed in the area many times, this will be our goto in future. Felf like home is best thing I can say.

Bangkok ist eine interessante Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage war ganz in Ordnung. Man konnte alles einigermaßen zügig erreichen. Das Personal beim ein und aus checken war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Betten und insbesondere Matratzen waren durch gelegen. Der Pool hatte eiskaltes Wasser, so dass er kaum benutzt werden konnte. Dies lag wahrscheinlich an der Schatten Laage jedoch könnte dies mit einer Heizpumpe aufgebessert werden.

Spacious rooms and quiet bedrooms
Pros:

This review applies to: Two-Bedroom Suite.
- The rooms are spacious, and the bedrooms are very quiet considering the location in Bangkok.
- The location is good.
- The pool is fine, although not very large.
- Clean property. Complimentary water and coffee are provided daily.

Cons:

- The bathrooms lacked a proper shower hose. The fixed wall-mounted shower head felt outdated and was not adjustable, and it was positioned too low. In the bathroom with the bathtub, the hot water stopped after a few seconds every time we tried to shower.
- The balcony was more or less unusable, with no view.
- The Captive Portal Wi-Fi connection (where you select the network and then log in via a browser) does not work with Google Chromecast / Google TV brought by guests, as these require a standard Wi-Fi connection.
- The Captive Portal logs you out after 24 hours, meaning you have to re-enter the Wi-Fi credentials on all connected devices every day.
- The living room could be much more comfortable. A softer, more comfortable sofa and a small dining table would improve the space. Mounting the TV on the wall instead of its current placement would also make the living room feel more inviting.
- The reception experience felt rather impersonal. While not rude, the staff member (woman only) showed little engagement or friendliness. A smile and a bit more interaction would greatly improve the guest experience. In contrast, the security staff were very friendly. The level of English at reception was average.
