el maltrato. me queje termine amenazada por el personal .. un desastre el personal .

el trato de recepción y de un tipo q me vino a querer intimidar y amenazar según el gerente p nunca se presento . si kiera xq sali a comprar y volví y era noche . un escandalo . dice q es p oa familia pero no toleran a los niños . y mi hijo solo les dio charla no es maleducado ni nada un trato de lo peor p mi y p el niño . o por ahi porq soy estrajera y eso hace que se permitan esta ineficiencia en el servicio y el trato . me jizo cambiar de habitación y luego no tenia aire tuve q subir y bajar las cosas sola .

Excelente atención de recepcionistas, me resguardaron mi lap top durante el tiempo que estuve ausente de la habitación.

Cons:

Sabanas más delgadas que una tela de cebolla, toallas deshilachadas, baño con cabellos del huésped anterior. Al estar ubicado sobre un boulevard el ruido de las motos no me dejaba dormir y en la madrugada también se escuchaban

El agua caliente tarda mas de 15 min en salir, por las mañanas prácticamente te bañas con agua fria/tibia, había insectos en la habitación "tijerillas" en mi última noche el deposito del inodoro no tenía agua
