Cleanliness
Close to the outlets and restaurants. Room was clean. Plenty of room.
The facility is older but still nice. Star rating would be higher except bathroom needed some work; drainage problem in sink, toilet seat broken and shower needed attention. Room smelled musty.
Staff was friendly, lobby was clean & inviting
The beds were too hard. The mattress felt like rocks not comfortable at all
Nice clean comfortable
when we entered the room, there was a terrible smell that gave me headache. The curtains barely worked, and the whole room felt very old and poorly maintained. I was extremely tired and had to live 6 a.m.,so I simply went to sleep instead of complaining to the staff.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing.
