Unfortunately, on my stay the fire alarms were triggered twice once at 11pm then again for a shorter period at 12:30 am
Pros:

It’s a good halfway point between my residence and Savannah, GA.

Cons:

The lobby was nice but the room seemed a bit rundown. The carpet wasn’t clean in spots and the furniture had chips in it.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. We found out the next morning the air conditioner was leaking. The food was disgusting. I’m not expecting great food but everything tasted microwaved and dried out

If the breakfast was good that would have made up for everything else!
Pros:

The room and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre compared to other places we have stayed. The hall and bathroom floor was very slippery, to the point of being dangerous. The testing the smoke alarm at 4:50 am was not good. My husband almost fell on the floor trying to get to the phone to try to call the front desk.

Overall I had a good experience and would stay again but would want to get a better price.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good. The Breakfast was good and the staff was cordial.

Cons:

I thought the A/C was not as cold as it could have been. The room had a bit of a musty smell upon first entering it. But after the A/C started to work a little better the smell disappeared.

Overall, it was a good stay. I would consider staying there again.
Pros:

The maids were very friendly and did a great job in keeping the room clean. They made sure we had fresh towels and wash clothes. The breakfast bar was good, but you might want to add a few more selections in the future.

Cons:

The front desk staff are terrible! When I went to check in, I had to ring the doorbell 4 times before the young man finally came to the desk. On Tuesday morning, 7/7/2026, my friends and I were eating breakfast. The lady working the front desk was on her cell phone, talking with someone, and was using very profane language. She even used the "F" word during her conversation. It could be heard throughout the lobby. Additionally, both front desk clerks had their headphones on whenever we saw them at the desk. They need to be dealt with and taught how to be professional. If I were the manager, I would fire the lady at the desk. Also, have someone work on the elevators.

Nice quiet clean hotel to stay for the night.
Pros:

All accommodations were to our satisfaction. Room was clean, plenty of towels, very quiet, continental breakfast was okay, but the coffee was really good! And you had fresh fruit which was nice. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Better quality meat (sausage and perhaps add a quality bacon to your menu). No bacon :-( Other than that I cannot think of anything else of any concern.
