They will leave you stranded at 1230 am
Pros:

I got there 1230 in the morning...after calling and speaking with the young lady at the front desk would a late check in be ok...as instructed on the booking website. . She assured the confirmation and late check in was fine. We get there..and we were informed all of a sudden the room was dirty and therefore not available and that was the only room left. She claimed she sent an email...which upon checking she had not. When asked why I wasnt called...she said there was no number provided..which was untrue. Im not sure what games this girl was playing but I wouldn't recommend thus hotel to anyone. Thankfully, it was next door to a lovely Country Inn and Suites. Their room was spacious, clean and quiet. And I saved 80 dollars..so I guess I benefited from the inconveniences of Fairfield Inn

The hotel's inability to correctly confirm a room, communicate efficiently, care that they greatly inconvenienced my family at 1230 am.

Bed was much more comfortable than expected!

Cons:

Room was not very clean and what you pass as a king sized bed was actually a queen. Bed was poorly made and had to be remade before use and comforter cover was Not Clean:(

Pros:

We are Marriott users and have been for any years. We are also Marriott Vacation Club owners and have enjoyed all, or most, of all locations we have visited in the last 20 years.

Cons:

This hotel was a lovely location. I realize it was a new facility, but it seems to be designed differently than the older locations. We really enjoyed our room even if it was only for one night.
