Great food paired with excellent drinks. We had a lovely family lunch here, and the experience was made even better by Rizwan and Antara, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout.
The Caesar salad with smoked salmon is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Don’t miss their salted caramel vodkatini—a must-try for anyone who enjoys creative, twisty cocktails.

Lovely stay as always (we are repeat customers). The staff is the highlight of the hotel. A special call out to Chef Johnny who is the life of the breakfast experience. Every day I see him walk around meeting and greeting people with his infectious smile and jolly nature, gently nudging folks to try his special Dosa and making sure everyone is happy.

Lovely property just a short walk from the Mumbai T 1 Domestic Terminal. Felt very welcome the moment I stepped into the lobby. My club level room was spacious and well appointed. Executive Club Lounge was large with a view of the airport runway. The cocktail hour drinks and food choices were excellent. The buffet breakfast was in the lobby restaurant was simply outstanding with great service as well. Grapefruit juice was not on the menu but the Sous Chef Mr Johny Dabre was determined to find a way and brought it to my table within 10 minutes!! He is a credit to the Taj Hotel Group. Thank you! I will return.

A very good experience as expected from TAJ. Right from the stay to the room to the minute details of the staff given to us in everything made this staycation memorable. The view of the runway from the window is nice. I would specially like to thank Ojaswi, meghana and Ishwari for arranging special surprises for us.

Taj Santacruz has one of the best ambiences in Mumbai. It is conveniently close to the airport, offers spacious rooms, and is a true culinary delight. The breakfast is outstanding, easily among the best I have had.

I travel annually from London, and the team here has taken great care of me since 2021. A special mention to three people who consistently make every stay memorable: Chef Johny Dabre for his hospitality in the kitchen, Manager Yogesh Sharma for his leadership, and Avinash Yadav for impeccable service.

I have been coming here since 2019, and I will keep coming back.

One tip: do not miss the breakfast, and if you can, speak with Chef Johny Dabre to make your trip even more special.

All made our experience memorable and we strongly recommend this venue - people for your close to heart family functions.

I had a wonderful experience at the club. Abhishek and Nathan were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. They ensured smooth service throughout and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A special mention to Yasashri at the reception, who was very pleasant, well-spoken, and efficient. Her friendly approach and prompt assistance made the entire experience even more comfortable.

We had a great short (1 night) stay at the Taj Santacruz. The hotel is right in the airport premises in Mumbai and we had a comfortable and smooth experience.

We had one small inconvenience and that was at the Italian restaurant on the ground floor where the service for our dinner there was surprisingly sub-standard and took a long time. This was disappointing and a bit odd as the usual level of Taj service is normally world class.

Apart from that we had a great stay at a great hotel right next to the Mumbai T1 terminal.

As always, it was a pleasure to return to Taj Santa Cruz. The warmth and professionalism of the team continue to set the benchmark for hospitality. Mr Johnny, the chef who understands my preferences almost instinctively, ensured that every meal was thoughtfully curated and perfectly executed.

The General Manager Mr Vikas was, as ever, extremely courteous and welcoming, reinforcing the sense of being genuinely valued as a guest. Ms Nandini in charge of the rooms deserves special appreciation for managing all bookings and arrangements with remarkable efficiency, making the entire experience smooth and completely hassle-free.

Conducting business meetings while staying at Taj Santa Cruz is a reassuring experience. The attention to detail, seamless service, and quiet efficiency allow one to focus entirely on work, with the comfort of knowing that every aspect of the stay is being well taken care of. This consistency in service is what makes Taj a preferred choice time and again.

Loved the runway view room clean and the view oh my god
But the food is horrible for taj standards.
The in room pasta was literally old pasta with loads of garlic added to make sure its appears fresh.
The buffet for the cost doesnt give enuf varities nor was it warm or fresh. Not replaced regularly.
The hotel is overall small as compared to other hotels.

Staff is food and smiling every time u meet them.

The bathroom was clean, modern, and well-organized, with all amenities working perfectly and adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

We visited Taj Santacruz for my dad's birthday and had an absolutely amazing stay experience. Ms. Ishwari graciously welcomed us, upgraded our room, had it decorated, and went the extra mile in all aspects. More importantly, she exuded warmth and care, and interacted with both my 70 year old father and my 5 year old daughter with equal ease. It felt like visiting family, which goes to show how well she took care of everything. She also accompanied my daughter to the Mailbox-for-Santa and assisted her, while she wrote a letter to Santa ;)

In the Tikri restaurant Mr Rizwan Khan took special care of our food and taste needs, as we had all our meals there. He served us excellent food, and always did it with a genuine smile and top-notch hospitality. The desserts were just fabulous! The Kashmiri kahwa was just what we needed at the end of the day.

The runway views - both from our room and the lounge were stunning. They kept us glued at all times to the window.

We've been to many Taj properties by now, and this one ranks among the top 3 for us. Thank you for the wonderful memories of a lifetime. We can't wait to go back and experience the luxurious hospitality again.

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. Ishwari and Rochelle were extremely helpful throughout the day and made sure everything was taken care of. They went out of their way to make my friend’s birthday truly special — the room was beautifully decorated and the cake was absolutely delicious.

The room was very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Taj Club hospitality was excellent, with great service and very good food. Overall, it was a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for the lovely stay.
