Very, very nice.
Cons:

I think the shower was nice. It was a handicap shower with two drains on the floor which seemed to throw me off balance when I walked in.

The refrigerator in the room was poor .
The cleanliness of restroom by pool was poor .
I was first one to pool Sunday morning and bathroom had soaked toilet paper on floor and mold on walls at base. Breakfast was not good , runny eggs , no clean up crew by food . Not much for choices .

I wanted to be closer to an exit, and was given an upgrade in room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Dropped In without a Plan
Pros:

Trevor at the front desk was super awesome! I dropped in without a plan and a car load of children. I got conjoined rooms right by the pool! I couldn't have asked for a better first time trip. Beautiful site of the lake to wake up to really put the icing on the cake!

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Food was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and good at their job.

Cons:

The hallways had dirt on the floor from construction workers that stayed there. Staff should have vacuumed more.

Pros:

No conditioner in the shower. Grout in shower needs repair. Dirty floors. Ice machines were spaced out too far. No tea bags at front desk or in lobby.

Smelly room, wrong room
Pros:

Location was great, the property was ok, they "claimed" that our reservation was screwed up by booking.com, but as they were fully booked i believe they gave our room to someone else who would pay more. The room smelled like a boys locker room. The water park was a joke but we had not come for that. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Cons:

Getting the room i booked would have been nice. Also our room smelled like a locker room. Breakfast was horrible. At least the staff were great. By the way the food at breakfast was bad not the service, poor girl had to work with what she was given.
