Pros:

El personal es muy amable, Juan me recibió muy atento y contento aún cuando llegue a las 12 de la noche. El resto del personal fue muy amigable y me ayudaron a ir a lugares cercanos y no muy caros. Este es un hotel pequeño pero la gente que trabaja ahi es lo que hacen el hotel. Viaje dile y ellos me hicieron sentir muy segura y cuidada.

The best thing about this hotel is its location - just a short two- to three-minute walk from the main square, Jardín Allende. The room I had was dated, with minimal attention given to the interior design, making it feel uninviting. The floors, which appear to be ceramic tiles, are cold to walk on. Additionally, there is no sound insulation whatsoever, meaning that conversations and noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms are clearly audible, as if they are coming from inside the room itself. The listing stated, "Available in all rooms: Free WiFi," but in my room (Room #4), the signal was so weak that it constantly dropped, making it nearly unusable. Another odd design in this room was a shaft right above the toilet that extends all the way to the top of the building. Upper floors have windows facing this shaft, and if someone were to open them, they would have a direct view to the toilet on the lowest floor - not ideal for privacy. The only window in the bedroom also faced this shaft, meaning there was no natural light or any kind of view. Overall, the hotel’s price did not reflect its value.
