Pros:

We weren't there long enough to find anything to like.

Cons:

We reserved a room with two queen beds, but our experience here was awful from start to finish. We arrived at 9:30pm and had to wait around just for the front desk clerk to show up. When we got to the room, it was a king bed with a sofa.
I went back down to the lobby (and had to wait on the clerk again) to get it sorted out. The clerk was incredibly dismissive, claiming our reservation was only for a king and offering to "rent" us a cot. My husband is over 6' and my father-in-law is 6'4"—a cot was not an option. When I asked if there were any other rooms, the clerk lied straight to my face and said the hotel was completely sold out.
Unwilling to be treated so poorly, I called the Shiretown Inn across the street. They were incredibly welcoming and had a double queen room ready for us. While waiting for the clerk to process our refund, I pulled up Booking.com and TripAdvisor on my phone. Sure enough, the hotel was not sold out; multiple rooms were actively listed as available.
The clerk clearly thought that because it was late at night, we would just accept his poor attitude and lack of effort. Don't waste your time or money here. Go across the street where they actually understand customer service.
