Pros:

Localização, centro, fácil acesso, ao lado do metrô, shopping, pontos turísticos. Café da manhã excelente. Pra quem nao consegue dormir com barulho, nao peça o quarto virado pra rua, por ter bares a frente, o som é alto!

Cons:

Colchão poderia ser um pouco mais macio.

Olá!
Gostei do café da manhã, tinha tudo direitinho, um local limpo.
Fui aquecer uma comida na sala de café da manhã, por volta das 18:00hs a sala estava limpa e organizada ,a funcionária Elen nos recebeu muito bem simpática e atenciosa muito organizada durante o café da manhã recolhe a louça da mesa e faz reposição,só tenho elogios para essa funcionária nota 10.

Cons:

Não gostei do quarto, muito barulhento e passamos muito frio pois a janela só fechava um lado e ficamos no quarto 309.
Não gostei do chuveiro saia uma gota de água quente e 40 segundos já estava frio .
Agora imagina tomar banho frio nesse frio?
No mínimo um tem que ter um chuveiro decente. Outra coisa diante do problema com chuveiro o mínimo a se fazer seria nos colocar em outro quarto e não fizeram.

Também não gostei de toda vez que saímos no retorno o cartão não abria a porta e lá vou eu procurar alguém para resolver e só abria com um cartão do funcionário..
Ficamos bem chateados e decepcionada.

Tout le personnel est très sympathique et très professionnel. La chambre est très spacieuse et le petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Seul bémol, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée au 1er étage donnait directement sur un café et sur une rue bruyante avec de la musique jusque vers minuit. Une meilleure insonorisation serait appréciée.

Pros:

Boa localização, bom café da manhã e boa recepção.

Infelizmente fiquei num quarto sem janelas e achei a iluminação um pouco ruim, mas nada demais.

Great central location, next to the subway station of Anhangabaú, ideally placed to explore the different neighborhoods of São Paulo. Within walking distance from Praça da Sé and Praça da República. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Rather noisy: my room was facing a bodega bar across the street playing very loud music until late in the evening.

Le personnel très agréable et la propreté

Cons:

Chambre très très bruyante, très mal isolé, les fenêtres sont spéciales, c'est juste une demi-partie coulissante, de ce fait, l'autre moitié de la fenêtre n'est pas protégée, donc bruit et odeur de cigarettes
