Que la administración tome la decisión te poner todas las habitaciones calefacción en tiempo de invierno. Entiendo que eso debe de ser una decisión de cada huésped. Tuve que abrir todas las noches la puerta del balcón para que entrara fresco a la habitación y escuchar así todo el ruido del exterior. Al pedir, al menos un abanico, me indicaron que no tenían disponible. Ustedes no saben que condición o condiciones tenga la persona. Deben de cambiar esto.

Gostamos muito do Hotel, pois tem ótima localização que permite passear pelo bairro a pé. Quarto exclente em conforto e qualidade, superou nosssas expctativas. Atendimento e café da manhã maravilhoso. Super recomendamos!!!

The hotel is located in the beautiful location of Recoleta near a number of tourist sites. The furnishings are modern and comfortable with good work space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a good massage and there is a spa and sauna. Definitely recommended.
I would have liked a shower cap.
