Práctico, limpio y con excelente atención
Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien, todo se percibe limpio y ordenado. El servicio es muy bueno, con un personal atento y amable en todo momento. La ubicación es excelente y muy conveniente, además de que cuenta con varias opciones de restaurantes, incluso dentro del hotel, lo cual facilita mucho la estadía. En general, es un lugar muy práctico y cómodo.

Nice clean, comfortable property with a rooftop bar with fabulous Sunset views
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant/bar on the rooftop had fabulous views of the sunset.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant on the rooftop wasn’t very good, but the drinks were. The staff at reception told me I should be able to find a tuk tuk easily in the morning, but there were none so I had to drag my suitcases over the cobblestones to the bridge where I was getting picked up for my shuttle service.

Beautiful hotel with stunning lake views
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail in the decor, creating a very special and welcoming atmosphere.
The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of pillows.
The rooftop terrace is amazing, and the pool with a view over the lake is simply stunning – a real highlight.
There is also a lovely bakery in the hotel, which adds to the overall experience.
The staff were fantastic – very friendly, attentive, and always helpful.

Nice but not worth it
Pros:

Good location and nice staff.

Cons:

No elevator. One side of the property is SIGNIFICANTLY nicer than the other side. Music can be loud from upstairs bar and park across the streets. Overall expensive and needs a refresh.

Great hotel in Isla de Flores!
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel it was very comfortable, clear, safe and very beautiful! Great decor the restaurant on the roof was tasty and the views were 10/10! The pool was shaded and had a great set up! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The beds were a little hard.

muy lindo hotel, camas y almohadas comodas...buenas vistas y una azotea genial.

Cons:

podrian brindar un coctel de bienvenida como en otros hoteles talvez y a considerar que no hay ascensor y las habitaciones estan en segundo piso
