Great hotel in wonderful location, just a shame about the beds
Pros:

Lovely characterful hotel in the heart of Flores with rooftop bar with the best sunset views.

Cons:

The beds and mattresses are terrible, very uncomfortable and loud.

Comfortable stay in Flores!
Pros:

Well located comfortable hotel with a lovely roof terrace and excellent restaurant and bakery downstairs. Managed to check me in ahead of time! Helpful staff. Perfect for a 2 night stay for Tikal trip! Booked excursion independently as they did not provide a dawn trip to Tikal.

Breakfast was not included

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very close to everything. The have ice water in the lobby.

Cons:

The pool was closed the whole day the first day we arrived. We were never notified in advance that it would be closed. It was disappointing because that was the only day we didn't have any plans and were just going to relax by the pool. The staff at the bar were a bit rude. I wish they offered rates that include breakfast instead of paying for breakfast every day. The breakfast itself was good, asides from oatmeal I ordered one day, which came completely uncooked. The ceiling in the bathroom was dripping all the time.

Prima hotel op een toplocatie, maar de onvriendelijke receptie en matige service zijn teleurstellend.
Pros:

Toplocatie, alles is dichtbij. De gratis luchthavenshuttle en het kleine zwembad zijn grote pluspunten. Onze kamer was ruim en het personeel in het restaurant/de bar was ontzettend vriendelijk. De Tikal-tour was goed geregeld met een prima Engelssprekende gids.

Cons:

De receptie was erg onvriendelijk, er kon geen ‘goededag’ vanaf. Hoewel we vroeg aankwamen, werd er nul moeite gedaan de kamer eerder klaar te krijgen (pas stipt 15:00u). We moesten onze koffers zelf drie verdiepingen omhoog dragen zonder enige hulp. De shampoo is van slechte kwaliteit. Let op: de Tikal-tour is iets duurder via het hotel en exclusief entreekaarten, wat ze vooraf durven vergeten te melden. Ook was de groep net iets te groot (15) en verloren we tijd op de luchthaven met het ophalen van andere mensen.

Pros:

房間很乾淨，距離島上大街也非常近，門口有保安很安全，一樓有餐廳和酒吧，住宿會送一杯調酒的兌換卷。
冷氣很新也很涼快，不用一直插卡也不會斷電。
可以提供寄放行李以及免費機場接駁！

Cons:

熱水稍微小了一點，但不影響洗澡。

Que no maneja el mismo precio que dice en la aplicación de Booking q me aparecía de pago. Es decir, que si en Booking me aparece que tengo que hacer x pago allá tendría que pagara lo mismo y así no fue . Allá el pago fue mayor.

En el precio que me dieron estaba incluido el desayuno y al llegar al hotel, me dijeron que no.
El televisor no funcionaba, pero un empleado resolvió el problema.
uno de los días se fue el agua y no regreso hasta el día siguiente.
Pasamos un virus estomacal ( nada que ver con el Hotel) pero tuvimos un pequeño accidente las sábanas, en una pequeña parte, se mancharon. Nada que no se pudiese quitar cuando se lavan. Pues a la hora de irnos... nos querían cobrar las sábanas. Tuve que decirle a la chica que era injusto y entonces, después de hablar con la empleada de limpieza me dijo que no me preocupara que salia con agua.!!!!!
Es una pena, llevaba muchas expectativas para con el hotel. Aunque repito, el trato fue muy cordial y la comida buena. El virus fue por el agua y como dije, no fue en el hotel.
De todas formas, no volveria.
