Disappointed for the standard we expected from Best Western
Pros:

It's located centrally, the room was big, and the staff were friendly. We asked for a crib for our baby and were offered one with no extra cost.

Cons:

The room we were given on the ground floor was located right next to the parking lot of the hotel, where people go in and out regularly to smoke, vape, and drink beers. We had to keep our window closed to avoid cigarette smoke coming in, on a very hot night this was unpleasant. It was also very loud, every time the door opened, slammed shut, people trampling through the corridor. We were told they lock the parking door at 10pm but this wasn't the case as we heard people stomping through at 1am. There was mould in the shower, bathroom floor had a brown pool fluid on it.

Es war das ideale Hotel für einen Besuch der Stadt Nürnberg.
Alle geplanten Besichtigungspunkte und Museen fußläufig erreicht.
Besser konnte es nicht sein.

Sehr netter Empfang bei Ankunft im Hotel.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Gratis Bier und Mineral im Zimmer am Tag der Ankunft..
Sehr gutes Frühstück und tolle Lage am Bahnhof und super Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Stadt.

Cons:

Bett direkt neben der Mauer, nicht ganz von Vorteil im Doppelzimmer.
