Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es wird scheinbar nicht einfach nur schnell mittig durch den Raum gesaugt und/ oder gewischt, sondern sorgfältig gearbeitet. Es gibt eine ganze Liste von verschiedenen verfügbaren Kissen und die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Für mich das Wichtigste …. ES IST HERRLICH RUHIG!!! vielleicht hatten wir Glück und es waren wenig Gäste in unserem Flur, aber man hat nichts gehört. Traum.

Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten.

Enge und steile Treppe zum Zimmer, kein Aufzug.
Die Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden
- was wir sehr gerne getan hätten - wegen Verkehrslärm. Die Klimaanlage war deutlich zu hören.
Wenn sie ausgeschaltet war, dann wurde es im
Zimmer unangenehm warm - da hätten wir gerne
die Fenster geöffnet. Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis nicht.

Pros:

Frühstück war ganz okay. Die Dame, welche die Eierspeisen zubereitete, war sehr nett und kompetent. Parkplatz direkt am Hoteleingang war gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging nicht. Es war unerträglich warm. Die Sonne knallte direkt aufs Fenster. Man sagte uns, dass die A/C-Anlage für alle Zimmer defekt sei. Trotzdem wurde beim Check-in (oder vor Anreise) nicht darauf hingewiesen. Angeblich kein kühleres Zimmer verfügbar. Man bot uns einen Ventilator und den Inhalt der Minibar umsonst an (= 1 kl. Flasche Wasser nebst Wein und Bier etc., wir tranken nur das Wasser). Am nächsten Morgen ging der Aufzug zur Rezeption nicht. Obwohl geplante Wartung, wieder kein Hinweis am Vorabend. So liefen wir erst völlig unnötig ins Nebengebäude, um dann wieder zurück zu müssen, um den anderen Aufzug zu nehmen. Kommunikation ist nicht die Stärke des Personals an der Rezeption. Und mit berechtigten Gästebeschwerden geht man anders um.

First, the airconditioning unit is not working especially on a heatwave.
Second, lack of preparedness to make the guests stay comfortable by at least airing out the room before check-in or already providing an electric fan.
Third, absence of communication with guests to give an option to change hotels.
Fourth, basic upkeep like maintenance of drainage in tree he shower or in the sink.
