Ideales Hotel für den Besuch von Kongressen oder Veranstaltungen in Dortmund.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Viele hoteleigene Parkplätze. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung (Straßenbahn). Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

De kamers waren netjes alles was aanwezig. goede bedden.

Het was niet mogelijk om iets te verkrijgen om te eten om 21:30, erna gingen we in de bar zitten en er is niemand iets komen opnemen om te drinken. terwijl de bar vol zat en iedereen iets had om te drinken, we zijn dan uit noodzaak ergens anders geweest.

Excellent staff attitude and exceptionally clean room and services.
Pros:

Really liked the kindness and attentive ness of the staff, cleanliness of the room. I liked the function room. The local area was ok. The room itself was very good, warm and cosy. Clean facilities as well.

Cons:

The bed was very firm, and the pillows were just not very supportive. The TV and entertainment was limited and the daily top up service for tea and coff was a bit limited.
