Cons:

Schlechter Service, oder Azubis die keine Ahnung hatten und danach unfreundlich wurden. Keine Handtücher im Spa und falsche Aussagen. Kein Service. Gast wurde durch ganze Hotel geschickt um doch wieder keine Handtücher zu bekommen. Essen viel zu teuer und nicht wirklich gut.

Nett , aber ausbaufähig
Pros:

Nettes Personal , reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich , war bis auf das kleine Schwimmbad, nur textilfrei zu nutzen.
( sämtliche Saunen, Whirlpool, Eisbad etc )
Sowie sehr schade, das man als Gast im Nebengebäude ( Villa Anna) , nur über den textilfreien Bereich zum Pool kam.

Hotel mit Wellness Bereich sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir sind immer wieder gerne Gäste im Hotel. Schöner Wellness- und Ruhebereich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war dieses Jahr die Wassertemperatur im Whirlpool deutlich kälter als früher. Das ist schade da die Wassertemperatur für mich zu kalt ist und ich diesen dadurch nicht richtig geniessen konnte.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen
Pros:

Das Personal und das Haus strahlen eine freundliche Gelassenheit und Ruhe aus. Großzügige Gestaltung des Zimmers und ebenso aller öffentlicher Räume. Das gilt insbesondere auch für die Spa- und Wellnesseinrichtungen. Hervorragende Masseurinnen und Masseure!

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten: sehr scharfkantige Griffe am Kleiderschrank, Dusche nur in der Badewanne, Wasserdruck schwach. Das Restaurant „Karl“ ist zwar sehr gut, aber die Speisekarte hat nur ein viergängiges Menu, das während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes stets dasselbe Angebot blieb. Außerdem wenig Auswahl bei Vorspeisen.

Tolle Auszeit! Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Es war total schön, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen, toller Wellness-Bereich.

Cons:

Eine der Saunen war leider defekt und die Gäste im ruhebereich waren extrem laut. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
