Pros:

Alles war sauber, die Saunen waren schön, sehr gute Betten, sehr ausfmerksames Housekeeping

Cons:

Es gab Ausnahmen, aber viele Mitarbeiter wirkten desinteressiert. Vor allem an der Rezeption kein professionelles Verhalten. Der Wellnessbereich verläuft sich leider nicht, so dass der Ruheraum für Essen/Quatschen herhalten muss. Poolbereich/Whirlpool nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Restaurant ist mehr Schein als Sein. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Wir kommen nochmal zurück in diesen tollen Spa Bereich
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen. Der Spa Bereich war toll und sehr ordentlich. Ebenso war das Personal sehr nett.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sowohl im Hotel als auch im hauseigenen Restaurant, nicht gerechtfertigt.

Der Aufenthalt war toll, ebenso die Umgebung.
Pros:

Gefallen hat die ruhige Lage am Park, das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und der Aufenthaltsbereich gemütlich. Wellnessangebot sicherlich toll, wir haben es nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick in den Park, allerdings hat uns der Teppich gestört und im Bad die Duschwanne. Im 4Sterne Hotel hätte ich mir eine Regendusche gewünscht.

Sehr herzlicher Service & ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ✨
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service im gesamten Hotel.
Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Frau Acat aus der Reservierung, die sich im Vorfeld sehr bemüht hat, einen kleinen Sonderwunsch möglich zu machen.
Auch an der Rezeption & im Restaurant wurden wir sehr herzlich betreut, wir haben uns rundum willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Cons:

Nichts - wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir würden wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig , modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Bad war großzügig mit viel Abstellmöglichkeit.
Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Die Lage direkt am Gartenschaugelände war ideal .

Pros:

Housekeeping was perfect: they refreshed and cleaned what was needed but didn't rearrange the pillows back to their original position. That is a good thing! I moved one of my pillows to our son and they kept the same amount of pillows for him and me (of course, they did refresh the pillows). A small detail, but I noticed it because it was a nice to not have to arrange our pillows again every day! Also they put our son's plushy under the blanket, a sweet gesture that he liked. The rest of the hotel was as expected and nice too, our son loved the pool, food was good. Check in and check out were smooth, we liked the 12 noon checkout time.

Cons:

No milk in the coffee machines in the main and secondary lobbies, so no cappuccino option. Honestly, that's understandable from maintenance perspective and no big deal. Breakfast had all coffee options as expected.
