Pros:

. Great room, dark, cool and quiet at night.

Cons:

Check-in staff poor, no effort to speak slower or more clearly. Barely bothered with any info other than room key.

Die lange Öffnungszeiten der Spa Abteilung, die Wasser und Kaffeestationen.

Cons:

Die Ignoranz mancher Gäste was ihre Lautstärke im Spabereich anbetrifft. Es ist schön wenn man Spaß hat aber 2h laute Gespräche ohne Pause sind schlechtes Benehmen

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegten, top-gelegenen Premium-Hotel
Pros:

Fantastische Lage direkt am Kurpark (Gartenschaugelände).
Etwas älteres weitläufiges Gebäude, aber sehr gepflegt, und etwas verschachtelt.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant "Karls" ausgesprochen gut.
Abends wunderschöne Atmosphäre, toller Service, Getränke noch im preislichen Rahmen.
Alle Mitarbeiter/-innen sehr freundlich.
Frühstück sehr vielseitig, allerdings kein roher Schinken.
Alles sehr frisch.
Wir hatten ein Comfort-DZ, etwas älter, aber sehr groß.
Duschen nur in der Badewanne, etwas beschwerlich, ging aber.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Comfort-Zimmer.
Zimmer roch etwas (der etwas ältere Teppich wahrscheinlich).
Zugang in das Gartenschaugelände nur mit Rabatt (5,00 EUR anstatt 10,00 EUR).
Parken auf dem Gelände für Hotelgäste 9,50 EUR pro Tag/Nacht.

Schönes Auszeit-Wochenende
Pros:

Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Gelände der Gartenschau. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit kleinem Innenpool und Naturbecken im Außenbereich. Frühstück war lecker! Nettes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück bemüht, aber liefen an leeren Schalen "blind" vorbei....

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Altbau hat keine Klimaanlage und somit bei 30 Grad zu warm. Das Waschbecken war sauber aber sah nicht schön aus, da Abfluss verrostet ist. Das Frühstückspersonal kam nicht hinterher das Buffet nachzufüllen: Schale mit Orangenschalen kippte um, Joghurtschalen waren leer. Schade, dass man nicht auf der schönen großen Terrasse frühstücken durfte, um den Stress im Innenbereich zu entknoten.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Nähe zur Gartenschau war sehr schön.
Der Spa - Bereich war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Betten war ziemlich schmal und auch viel zu weich.
Die Zimmer zum Parkplatz waren ziemlich laut. Durch die hohen Temperaturen konnte man nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen, was natürlich bei dem Geräuschpegel etwas schwierig war.
