Wenn Nierstein, dann geht es traditionell ins Best Western
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral und Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und komfortabel, der Eingangsbereich ist schön gestaltet. Im Sommer ist das Frühstück im Außenbereich natürlich top (das ging jetzt im März nicht).

Goed hotel nu nog afmaken
Pros:

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en het hotel is netjes. Ook het restaurantpersoneel is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Over service en hygiëne hebben wij niets te klagen.

Cons:

Wij kozen dit hotel echter bewust vanwege het binnenzwembad, als traktatie voor de kinderen na een lange rit van Wallis naar hier. We waren zelfs bereid om 30 minuten om te rijden om hier te verblijven.



Helaas blijkt het zwembad onverwarmd te zijn. Dit staat niet duidelijk vermeld bij de boeking op Booking. Met kleine kinderen is het water simpelweg te koud om gebruik van te maken. Daarnaast is het bubbelbad gesloten en zijn de lampen in het zwembad kapot. Toen wij dit bij de receptie aangaven, werd er geen oplossing of tegemoetkoming aangeboden.



Wij overnachten minimaal vier tot vijf keer per jaar in hotels op deze route en kiezen bewust voor accommodaties die aan onze verwachtingen voldoen. Daarom willen wij andere gasten erop wijzen: boek dit hotel niet specifiek voor het zwembad, tenzij u er rekening mee houdt dat het onverwarmd is.

Schönes Hotel, aber leider nur kalte Duschen. Das ist ein ganz klarer Leistungsmangel.
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei schöne Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir (und auch die anderen Gäste) am Sonntag, den 22.2.26 kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Wir konnten also leider nicht duschen und angenhehm in den Tag starten. Wir riefen sofort an der Rezeption an.
Wie sich später herausstellte, war die Heizungsanlage ausgefallen. Bis der Schaden behoben war, war es dann schon zu spät zum duschen. Dies stellt einen ganz klaren Leistungsmangel dar. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption bekamen wir zur Antwort, dass hinsichtlich einer Reduzierung des Übernachtungspreises nichts möglich sei, da über BOOKING.COM gebucht wurde. Nun wende ich mich hiermit an Sie und bitte Sie um einen entsprechenden Ausgleich.

Eine Weinreise am Rhein
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet. Die Bar war auch sehr angenehm mit Weinen aus Nierstein

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht
Pros:

Ein super schönes und grosses Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schönen Pool und eine einfache Sauna. Alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Eventuell die Badewanne statt Dusche. ;-)
