Bed is comfy, nice privacy with the capsule system. Self check in system is nice too.
Expensive for what you get, really far from the light show and artscience museum. Staff ignore you if it’s not check in time, no place to storage your luggage. There was a disturbing noise coming from the pipes in my room and I barely slept.
Location, cleanliness, quiet, easy access to food&drinks outlets.

A great location, rooms are clean and quiet, the staffs clean the bathrooms and beds very regularly.
The riverside scene is great, though there are a lot of food restaurants in this Boat Quay area (for foreigners mainly) but the hostel has good soudproof and quiet.
My bed is a little bit high but I’m a good climber though :))
The location of this hostel is perfect, walking distance to everything and also near public transport options. Is is also a very clean hostel.
The top bunks are a little different to reach.

Really good locations. On a social street, bathrooms were nice, bed was comfy, lots of storage.

The property has such an amazing view of the city and it also really convenient with shops and restaurants literally as soon as you leave. The shower and toilet facilities are easy to use and understand. The bed and cube itself were private and provided a safe space
It is quite difficult to get to the top bunk which is sometimes annoying. It also gets very hot in the bunk
bathrooms for only women in women dorms was great
no towels lol had to buy some, didnt mind they were cheap
Great hostel with a fantastic location. Clean and comfortable bed, with regularly cleaned shared bathrooms. Friendly staff.
