The staff were great - arranged 2 day tours we were interested in and also a transfer to the airport in Surabaya. Communication beforehand was excellent.

Cons:

The toilet was dodgy- initially didn't work and we needed someone to fix it. There was only 1 cup in the room so we couldn't enjoy the tea and coffee provided. Also, loads of sugar but only 1 sachet of creamer. No ATM on site as advertised. The bar is beer only.

附近很热闹，有很多咖啡厅和餐馆

Cons:

酒店没有电梯，也没有员工帮忙运行李，对于携带行李箱的人有些困难，尤其是员工并没有提醒我可以不将行李艰难的提到check in的大堂，毕竟住宿区不在这里。酒店设施比图片更破旧点。

Among the old coffee houses of Malang .
Pros:

Great location, good room cleaning..Attractive bar and restaurant area for breakfast and other meals .

Cons:

Upper rooms are good but on lower floor rooms are near car parking area.I know some people like this if they have a car .

Not a great place for foreigners

-no hand soap, needed to go into the shower to use bath gel
-the staff wake you up at 8am every morning to clean. I asked them to come back later but they never came.
-on a very busy intersection and outside of the centre
-front desk staff even had difficulty with google translate
-communal dispenser was empty during my entire stay

The rooms need updating; the paint was severely peeling off the bathroom door, no hand soap at the sink, and the vent in the ceiling constantly dropped black dirt onto the toilet when turned on. The wifi also didn't work during our entire stay. We also had to ask for more water and toilet paper in the room because we did not get the morning room service. Breakfast was okay but the toaster did not work. There is no lift and a lot of stairs, it was hard for us to carry all our baggage to the room.
