Pros:

Un bel hotel, elegante.
Camere pulite e spaziose con tavolo, sedia, bollitore caffè tè acqua. Letto comodo e camera pulitissima.
Colazione con molti cibi quasi tutti asiatici e frutta.
Posizionato bene per vedere Malang a piedi con una breve camminata.
Vicinissimo c’è una pizzeria degna di nota il Cotaslice, segnatelo perché fanno una pizza buonissima e sono dei giovani molto simpatici !

Pros:

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Se necessario c’è anche il servizio lavanderia e stireria e volendo organizzano anche tour per visitare il Monte Bromo.

Great short malang trip for bromo
Pros:

Great short stay hotel for bromo and exploring a bit of malang for a couple of days. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Good shower pressure and temp. King staff

Cons:

Everything is a bit dated. Bathroom shower doesn’t drain very well. Nothing awful to say! We were phoned in the room to remind us breakfast was finishing soon which was kind in a way as we didn’t miss breakfast, but also frustrating if you wanted a lie In.

stolen cash and personal ID after check out

I stayed at this hotel for one night on August 1st in Room 119. Unfortunately, when I checked out, I accidentally left my document holder underneath the room’s landline telephone. It contained my personal documentation ID and exactly €280 in cash.

As soon as I realized my mistake, I returned to the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she contacted the staff member who cleaned Room 119 that day. I was informed that nothing had been found.

The document holder was left in a very specific place underneath the telephone and could not simply disappear. It is impossible to believe that it was not found during the cleaning process. The cash and my belongings were not reported through the hotel’s lost-and-found procedure, and I believe whoever cleaned my room kept it.

I would like this matter to be escalated to the hotel management for a proper internal investigation. I expect the hotel to review who had access to Room 119 after my departure, investigate the incident thoroughly, and provide me with a clear explanation and an appropriate solution.

This situation has been very disappointing, as losing important personal documents and a big amount of cash (280€ = 5,8 million IDR) has caused me considerable stress. I hope the management treats this complaint seriously and contacts me to resolve the matter. I have attached a photo of the personal ID document where my cash was placed as well.

Nous avons bien aimé l'hôtel et surtout le bidet avec eau tiède/chaude haha. L'emplacement était très bien! Distributeur d'eau à volonté dans le corridor.

Comfortable beds. Good location.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, pillows and clean bedsheets.
Water cooker with tea, coffee and water, small fridge, closet to put in clothes.
Good wifi connection, good restaurants in the area.
Big supermarket across the street.
Easy check in and check out.
Clean towels, even toothbrushes provided.

Cons:

The doors could use a paint job.
Even though there was a room with a window, I kept the curtains closed.

Absoluut geen aanrader!! We kwamen in de lobby en eigenlijk viel ons al meteen op dat het gebouw vervallen is en slecht onderhouden. We kregen een kamer toegewezen met een pasje die half kapot was. We opende de deur van onze kamer (wat eigenlijk een soort motel is ipv een hotel), toen kwam er een geur uit de kamer die niet te omschrijven is. Het stonk naar een combinatie van stink adem, rook en chemicaliën. Toen kregen we de volgende verrassing, de wc en de reiniger lekte. Er kwam een meneer voor kijken, maar die concludeerde al snel dat het normaal is. De hele nacht hebben we moeten luisteren naar het druipende water. Daarnaast was het helemaal niet schoon, overal lagen haren, vlekken en stof. De deur is geel, dit komt waarschijnlijk door het roken. Al met al dus zeker niet boeken.

マランを満喫できました
Pros:

駅から1.5kmほどの徒歩圏内で周りも徒歩圏内でマランをジャランジャランできる立地でした
ブロモ山のツアーに参加した日は朝食ボックスを置いてくれて戻ってからいただきました
朝食をいただいた日は伝統的な料理を美味しく頂けて良かったです
200mに酒屋、目の前に人気のサテー屋もいい感じです

Cons:

排水あたりは気を付けて使えば問題ないですがトイレブラシがほしいかもしれません
言えば貸してくれると思います
