Beautiful property and wonderful experience.
Pros:

We had very friendly staff and the location was great, near the water. We loved having the store right below us. Breakfast was a great experience also. Fireworks were wonderful to see on our last night

Cons:

Only negative is the amount of people smoking around us. Really would prefer that they are not close enough that we get to inhale all their cigarettes 😢.

A stylish stay in Limone sul Garda
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, nice rooms and excellent breakfasts. There are both mountain and lake views from most rooms, as well as balconies.
Central location in Limone sul Garda, close to all amenities and a lovely (stony) lake beach is just a short walk away. Also includes a Wellness Centre with pool and sauna.

Pros:

Wir haben uns von den Bilder des Hotels bei der Buchung leiten lassen. Die Lage war gut jedoch hat das Hotel schon einiges mitgemacht. Veraltete Zimmerausstattung und ein Preis Leistungsverhältnis das sehr viel zu Wünschen lässt. Tolle Kage aber sonst nichts. Nettes Personal

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, co było dla nas dużym atutem. Personel jest bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i komfortowe. Wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel i chętnie zatrzymamy się tutaj ponownie!

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich im Hotel begrüßt und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber.

An einem Tag wurden wohl Renovierungsarbeiten oder Ähnliches durchgeführt. Haben uns freundlich „beschwert“ da unser Baby so nicht schlafen konnte. Haben uns hier nicht ernst genommen gefühlt…
Beim Abendessen hatte ich vor der Reservierung extra gefragt ob es immer eine vegetarische Option gibt, dies wurde vorab mit „Ja“ bestätigt. Leider war es nicht so. Kein Hauptgang war vegetarisch. Das Fleisch abzubestellen hat auch nicht funktioniert und so konnte ich lediglich Vorspeise und Dessert essen.
Der Innenausbau vom Flur/ Deckenverkleidung wirkt renovierungsbedürftig.
Unser Balkongitter war für unser Familienzimmer nicht geeignet, da die Stäbe zu weit auseinander waren. Somit konnten wir den Balkon leider nicht nutzen.

Camere top, cibo flop
Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. Rebecca della reception gentile e preparata.
La nostra stanza al quarto piano è stata ristrutturata da poco: pulita, spaziosa e con una bellissima vista sul lago.

Cons:

Purtroppo la parte della ristorazione è completamente da rivedere. Per noi italiani, andare in un 4 stelle e trovare cibo precotto, surgelato e composto come piatti da mensa è un insulto alla cucina italiana. Purtroppo è un grande punto a sfavore che ci ha portati a mangiare fuori le ultime due sere pur avendo già pagato la mezza pensione.
I camerieri gentili, ma dovrebbero avere una maggior preparazione su cosa offre la cucina per eventuali richieste e fare un piccolo ripasso di italiano essendo in Italia. Capiamo che lo standard per la maggioranza è il turista tedesco, ma trovo corretto avere fluente anche la lingua del paese in cui ci si trova.

Schlechtes Hotel, aber tolle Lage

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schlecht und alt ausgestattet, die Armaturen im Badezimmer rostig. Die Zimmertüre konnte nicht verschlossen werden, weshalb wir uns bei Ankunft erstmal darum kümmern mussten. Der Lagerraum für Badartikel im Flur schimmelt und stinkt. Dort wird Toilettenpapier gelagert, was gesundheitliche Bedenken auslöst. Uns wurde nach Beschwerde kein anderes Zimmer angeboten und im Nachgang auch nichts erstattet. Lediglich das Angebot bei Neubuchung für einen 50€ Gutschein.
Das bringt uns im Nachhinein nichts, denn wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
